Great service
My experience at Intrepid has been great. I own a small business and require specific and often expensive coverage. I’ve been with Intrepid for several years now and found everyone to be helpful and responsive. I’m satisfied with my policy and would recommend Intrepid Direct.

the sign up and to open the account is…
the sign up and to open the account is nothing short of a nightmare it’s still not complete and it should not take this long to do!! this is garbage and not a good look for a company trying to set up businesses with insurance accounts and a really bad look
