Too hard to find a way to pay. I don’t find a place to create a user or login? No phone to help but claims and they could not help !🙈

Curtis is conscientious and very professional. I need to save money and reduce insurance expense. I have pushed my deductibles to nearly self insurance territory and still couldn't avoid a premium increase. No longer a fan of Intrepid. I used to recommend you to my peers but now I am going to seek alternatives.

Was very disappointed to see a significant increase in price after only 1 year with Intrepid and no claims. I don think this is necessarily the norm in the industry. May be cause to look around a bit more

Good insurance for a fair premium. For a small business IntrepidDirect allows the company to pay monthly without additional fees. We have problems with the portal and it is frustrating to not be able to view or review my insurance. Also, disappointing that my rep was changed and I did not receive notification. Having a rep that you can discuss your account on the phone is important to me, but it seems even discussions are inpersonal emails.

The Intrepid commercial auto premium was $1,200 higher than Acuity but Intrepid refuses to extend the umbrella coverage on the commercial auto.
