Auto Policies
Unfortunately, we have had claims associated with members of our staffs poor driving habits. Intrepid has handled these claims with transparency and great communications to all parties involved. I couldn't be happier with their service.

Always very responsive …
Always very responsive and quick to respond. Always very good about explaining options etc. Portal is easy to use and allows reporting and information on our time. For the claim we have had, the person is very experienced and willing to advocate for us. By cutting out the middle man it continues to be a great value for us.

The process of renewal is straight forward and our representative is great to deal with. The rates are very competitive and any time I request information or have questions - they are VERY responsive!
