International Van LinesReviews of internationalvanlines.com

I used IVL for my move to Portland, OR. This was a company paid move and since IVL was their preferred vendor I didnt have much of a choice. However, I was pleasantly surprised when IVL showed up beautiful truck and men in uniform. The movers were great. Dan and his team went above and beyond to insure our goods were packed properly. They crated my grand piano and everything arrived with no damage. My only complaint is that it took a bit longer then expected. I was very pleased with their services and would use them again.

I used IVL for a local move in NY metro. The movers showed up on time and performed above and beyond. They offered a flat rate which is why I selected them. The last moving company I used ended charging more than the expected cost. I chose IVL based on their reviews from previous customers. I would use them if I need and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good moving company.

A+++ All the employees were very professional and easy to work with. Delivery went off without a hitch; these guys are pros. I would definitely use them again.

Used international van lines to move my son to college, they were ontime, very professional, and easy to work with. what they said got done. will def recommend them to any and all who need to move in future

This is my 4th time moving and second time working with IVL. I chose them simply because I've worked with them in the past and they did a good job. The movers did arrive about an hour late this time, but I was fine with it. I did pay IVL for packing and they did a great job. I rec'd everything about a week later with one item that was damaged during transit. IVL offered compensation on the spot and for that they get 5 stars from me. I would recommend these guys. i worked with Ryan B who was my relocation coordinator and saw my move the whole way through.

I had a very promising experience with international Vanlines. They move several of my employees from New Jersey down to South Florida while relocating our office, including myself, the CEO. Our moves were nothing less then complicated and international rose to the occasion. A representative Ryan was diligent, assertive, helpful and available. We had a few missing items and I just received a phone call that they have been located and are being overnighted (also received a tracking number). Would highly recommend.

I used this company for my home move. They brought a truck too small for the job and raised the price by over $2000 despite having given me an estimate which included all the items which they moved. I ended up having to move several loads myself (tems which were on the original estimate but which did not fit on their truck) with another trailer and paying several thousand dollars more than the "estimate.". They have you over the barrel when you need to move that day and they raise the rate or they will leave. 9/8/16 addendum; The first IVL response was to claimI was a plant from a competitor. Now they removed that response and are saying they were surprised by the item being moved (even though they had an inventory before the move) and look to resolve this. Interestingly they have made no attempt to contact me personally. I already had attempted to contact them but no response. If they truly wanted to make things right they would contact me and would not have been deceptive in the first place. Until they contact me and refund the unreasonable markup my review stands.

When I moved to Florida three years ago, I had a terrible experience with the moving company, because they were unprofessional and did not complete the move in the stipulated time. Also, many of my precious furniture pieces were damaged in transit. So this time, I did my bit of research and had the name of IVL recommended by a colleague and I am grateful to him for that. The service provided by them was wonderful and they took care of every detail, ensuring the safety and timely delivery of all the things. Moreover, we were satisfied with their pricing too because the standard of service provided by them was exemplary and worth every single penny spent. Today, I suggest the name of IVL to anyone who asks me about a good moving service as I have complete confidence in them. I would definitely use the service when I have to move again.
