Very professional great service i hired ivl about 2 weeks ago Dec 20,2024 to move some of my company's vehicles we bought from an auction in Florida to bring to Alabama they were on time and on point absolutely recommend will definitely be using them again in the future

Avoid! The quote process was great and then everything from there was terrible. I reached out to provide my delivery date, no one answered my calls or emails when I finally did get someone they said I had the wrong move coordinator, despite emailing the person in their original email. Then they wouldn’t pro rate storage for me, despite the prorate being needed because of their delay. Once I finally got my move day they have a policy of 2-21 days for delivery, they took the full 21 and I ended up paying an extra month in rent. When my stuff arrived they added on 2 more flights of stairs to the agreement because it’s not flights of building its stairs to landing. Once unpacked they had destroyed every piece of furniture (over $3k in damage) and the driver got out of there as fast as he could. Unless you select supplemental insurance your stuff is valued at $.60 per pound so I was due $250 but… The insurance company they work with denied that and offered less than $100. To summarize, they don’t communicate, they are deceptive, and they break your stuff. Save your time, go with a better company.

They broke all my stuff. They even packed up and crated a statue and it is in pieces. Never use them.

My recent long-distance relocation with International Van Lines was above and beyond . Their service was from initial contact through final delivery was awesome . On moving day, the crew arrived punctually and demonstrated exceptional professionalism, handling my possessions with care . The unloading a of furniture at my new residence was equally simple, ensuring all items arrived undamaged. We can't recommend you guys enough.

A very straightforward and easy process. My partner and I had gotten a few quotes from moving companies about moving our cars from New York to Florida. We were going to take a large U-Haul and have Someone bring the cars down but the quote we were getting we're outrageous. You guys provided a fair quote and were early to everything. If we ever need anyone to help us , we know who to contact!

I hired IVL for an interstate move the last weekend in October. I had used them years ago when I relocated my family from LA to NYC and had an effortless experience. This is a professional moving company. Mike oversees the operations and was so easy to work with. His movers are professional transporters not just guys doing labor. Moving in general is stressful experience for most people. Moving on a weekend from a 50 story highrise isnt easy. I was concerned about being able to reserve an elevator slot time on Sunday when the entire building is home. When I inquired about it, the property manager told me Mike had already reserved a 6 AM slot and submitted all COI requirements... He was two steps ahead of me. If you are moving high value furniture or art, these are the people you want.

NEVER NEVER HIRE IVL as a moving company. At every phase, representatives lied to me. And, worst of all, they served as a broker rather than a mover and assigned my job to a much lower rated moving company, American Knights Moving and Storage. Goods were stored by American Knights in Texas for over two months,. This is after I was promised that my goods would be moved to my new location (Delaware) by IVL and stored at an IVL facility in Delaware, providing prompt delivery once I’d moved. It occurred despite being told that IVL did not use subcontractors and was told, “Absolutely not. Only International Van Lines personnel will pack and deliver your materials.” If I’d wanted to hire the inferior moving company I was assigned to, it could have cost less. But I didn’t choose an inferior company (or so I thought). And it was inferior: One bookcase was broken beyond repair, as were numerous glass items. A valuable poster was folded in quarters rather than properly rolled or packed flat. One box was lost altogether. American Knights packers insisted on emptying all dressers. They also repacked many items that I had packed in certain baskets or containers, making it ridiculously time-consuming to get everything organized again. Delivery was by yet another company: Speedy Movers. These unpackers could not read instructions written on every box, nor follow oral directions for placement of the boxes. NEVER TRUST ANYTHING IVL SAYS and NEVER HIRE the company.

Customer service was great with making things clear of what to expect, step by step to make everything run smoothly.
