International Sea & Air ShippingReviews of internationalmoving.com

Moving from Nevada to Bermuda. Great service. Excellent stuff: My team, Marina Lara and Niki Tartar, wonderfull ladies, very professional, helpfull, always available whenever l needed them. I would recommand this company to anyone because of them . The company should be proud to have workers like them. Thank you.

We contacted this company because we were moving from U.S. to Germany (1 small bedroom apartment). It took us days to get a quote from a representative of this company - Hillary C. Afterwards, our calls were never answered, it was basically impossible to get the representative on the phone. The messages we left on the voice box were either ignored or answered with a significant delay. We asked several clarifying questions about customs taxes, etc. Got responses along the lines: How can you guys not know all this? It was interesting to compare this poor customer service with the one by their direct competitors, who were always available for any types of questions, without assuming any prior knowledge on our side. This is by far not the level of customer service I envision.

We shipped a 7ft grand piano from central London via NYC to Connecticut. This involved a very intricate and complicated move of an extremely heavy piano down a flight of narrow stairs in London - removing a window and banister and then reassembling everything. The agent movers in London were extremely professional and did an outstanding job. After pickup and crating, I was given regular updates on the progress of the vessel that shipped the piano to the USA, and assistance with the customs clearance when it arrived. Finally, the local movers who delivered the piano to CT were courteous, on-time and extremely careful. Highly recommend for any overseas move.

Excellent service. Great communication!

MN-USA to Germany: We were going to use a different company (Mohawk Moving) but then, a few weeks before the move, they suddenly increased the price by over 14%, so I called Hillary and she jumped on our situation and offered a reasonable estimate with all detailed charges, so I knew what to expect. ACE Moving in the Twin Cities was awesome, they used every bit of space in our 20 ft. container and wrapped our furniture to protect it. We had two pick up locations and they managed that perfectly. COSCO put the sea-can on a vessel between NYC and Bremerhaven. Also Carl Hartmann GmbH in Bremerhaven was efficient when we had a few hick ups with German customs and the container arrived on time 48 days later in the Frankfurt area. Christ Movers were awesome unloading everything. Very happy with the service from all involved.

EXCELLENT !!!

NYC --> HK Very professional and reasonable price. Had no issues getting all my packages delivered to my new apartment in HK, no damage on any of my items. Only issue was time - I was quoted 5-6 weeks but it took 8 weeks door to door.

Professional service. Shipped my personal effects from the United States to South Korea. Excellent communication throughout the process. Belongings arrived in exact condition as when I shipped them. No damage or loss. Fully satisfied.
