Professional Company
Moved from California to Spain. Although the shipment took a whole 5 months to arrive at the destination, which was 2 months over the expected date of arrival, It was a good experience overall. Both moving teams were very professional. Our stuff was very well packed, with minimal damage at the end.

Dear Enrico, We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your recent experience and apologize for any misunderstanding regarding additional charges at destination. We are currently reviewing your file and will be contacting you to discuss a resolution that is suitable to both parties. Please keep in mind the shuttle service at both ends was quoted prior to pickup. Per your contract, shuttle is additional $1.45 per CF at origin. The destination shuttle rate was provided by your sales agent based on the initial delivery address. The Customs clearance process in Italy took longer than usual, totaling 16 days which led to a Container Detention fee. Port charges are not included in the agreement and your sales agent gave an approximate figure to anticipate. Still, we understand your frustration with the overall cost exceeding your expectations and will be in touch to find a resolution.

I had a great experience moving my grand piano from Europe to the US. The staff was very professional, friendly and responsive. They kept me updated with every detail of the move, and the piano arrived in excellent conditions. I would use them again!

Moving overseas can be a hard task to…
Moving overseas can be a hard task to do. Intl Sea & Air made this much easier. They quickly gave us a quote. On moving day they packed everything up that wasn’t already done by us. Our stuff arrived in the same condition as when we sent it. When it arrived at our new home they unboxed all the big stuff. Thanks !!! R & M

Overseas Shipping
This is the second time I have been involved in an overseas move and it can be tedious. Based on my experience, International Sea & Air Shipping made it a lot easier.

Great service so far
Great service so far. Hillary was very helpful and knowledgeable. Jeanine handled all our organisation. Our packing crew were extremely efficient and courteous.

Excellent service except for.....
Only real problem was lack of information which is awkward when waiting and having no idea when your stuff is gonna turn up. Also initial estimate of container size was off, had no alternative but to go to a 40ft for a significant extra charge.
