The best. Great products and great service. Just switched my light out to all interfit S1 and honeybadger unleashed. Love the portability and love the results!

Great products and items in stock! Plus, the support agent held an actual conversation with me over e-mail to let me know which products to get and where to get them near my home. Shipping was quick and parts arrived in great condition!

I'm almost tempted to give a 2-star rating. I've become increasingly disappointed with the manufacture of various items from Interfit. I've had the bolt on the ratcheting tilt lock of an S1 strip. I've had at least 3 collapsible softboxes that have multiple joint failures. The glue anchoring the joint to the support shaft weakened and separated the joint from the shaft. I have to remedy this with gaffer tape to keep the joint extended and in place after unfolding. This wastes time before and after an on-location shoot. I've also had inner diffuser panel tabs tear from the elastic which renders them useless.

Hi Tom, We're really sorry to hear that things haven't been up to par with your Interfit gear lately! That's definitely not the standard we aim for - if these products are failing, please contact our support team so that we can have them replaced under warranty, and more importantly, so that we can check with quality control about getting these weaknesses addressed. You can find our support contact info at www.interfitphoto.com/contact

Recently purchased two silver lined umbrellas. Being well made, they should provide many years of service. I also purchased several pop up backgrounds (5'X6'). The quality is fantastic and I only wish I had discovered these when I was in the photography business. They are well constructed, sturdy, and the quality of the fabric is outstanding. I especially like the brick background with the solid gray on the reverse side. The backgrounds are so fairly priced that I now own six of them...the cost of which would only provide for one background I used to purchase...you cannot go wrong with these backgrounds. They are portable and easily fold back into the provided case.

Easy to set up and understand instructions. The Trigger is the most complicated part to get, as instructions are basic and for example, the picture on the instructions was a Cannon trigger and I purchased a Nikon trigger. At first I thought I had the wrong trigger. Customer service was excellent and helped me with that. They responded very quickly to my questions. I'm hoping you will bring ALL your manufacturing back to the USA soon! More jobs and better quality here at home. Please consider USA made from now on. Thanks for a very nice mono light!

Hi Laura, Thanks for taking the time to post a review for us! We're glad you love your equipment and it's good to know that our service team was able to help you through getting everything set up. The manuals for the remotes have since been redesigned and rewritten, so it's likely you just got one of the older pieces of stock we were still selling through. Hope to light your creativity again soon!
