Hi Joe, we're so sorry to hear your order wasn't fulfilled in a timely manner - that's absolutely not the standard of service we hold ourselves to and I apologize for the delays in getting that out to you. Normally if the warehouse does not have inventory of a particular product, the site would not allow purchase of an out of stock item, so I'm not sure how your order slipped through. You should have received an email from us about the pandemic and global chip shortage shipping delays for flash products. At the moment they are out of stock, but we do have another shipment of inventory on the way now. If you no longer need the product or don't want to wait, you are welcome to a full refund of the purchase price. Oh no! Thank you for bringing this to our attention - that's certainly not the standard of quality that we hold ourselves to and you are more than welcome to a warranty replacement. We are very particular about color accuracy with our products and that kind of color cast is not something we see often. I understand that you may not want to ship back the old one, but if you can email us at [email protected] with a photo of the color cast, we can ship you out a replacement ASAP. We apologize for the trouble and hope you'll let us make it right for you!

Hi Art - while we are very sorry to hear your pop-up didn't meet your expectations, we're grateful for your kind words about our service. The painted and dyed backdrops are handmade made from 100% cotton muslin, so they are a bit thinner and the warp-weft is a different thread count than what you will get from our polyester solids. Because of the pop-up folding structure and the way these are dyed and painted, they can have a lot of wrinkles or lines in them from the handmade process and being folded during shipment. We recommend using a fabric steamer to smooth out the surface before shooting, and to remove any light from behind the backdrop to prevent visibility through the fabric. Concerning the fabric fitting the frame, you may have received a product with an abnormal cut or stretch across the ring frame. If it is actually defective, the unit would be covered under warranty replacement for one year from purchase.
