Interfit USAReviews of interfitphoto.com

I was hoping to find some basic guidance on setting up my lights. I didn't find it on your site and am experimenting to find my desired results. Maybe I'm not using the site correctly.

I'm almost tempted to give a 2-star rating. I've become increasingly disappointed with the manufacture of various items from Interfit. I've had the bolt on the ratcheting tilt lock of an S1 strip. I've had at least 3 collapsible softboxes that have multiple joint failures. The glue anchoring the joint to the support shaft weakened and separated the joint from the shaft. I have to remedy this with gaffer tape to keep the joint extended and in place after unfolding. This wastes time before and after an on-location shoot. I've also had inner diffuser panel tabs tear from the elastic which renders them useless.
