My children ordered a product for me for Christmas and not only did in not show up, but I was never contacted that the order was out of stock and it wouldn't be showing up. It wasn't until I called that I was told my order would be refunded. Big disappointment.

Oh, no! That is terrible and definitely not our standard of care for Interfit customers. We apologize for the miscommunication. It appears that our customer support team reached out via phone a couple times two days after it was placed to notify the number on the order that we had run out of stock with some alternative retail partners that may have had it. I'm not sure if it was the correct number, but that's what we had on file from the account holder's information. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience - especially during the Christmas holidays.

My daughter loves her softbox. The only thing that was disappointing is we needed to exchange for the foldable one and we needed to pay for the return shipping for an even exchange

As a professional film maker and past lead sales / video tech here in Los Angeles I have never experienced such amazing customer support and knowledge from such a innovative film company like Interfit USA. So far I have purchased their Ring Light and the Nomad Battery Backup. Both pieces have become every day tools with my image making. I am looking forward to purchasing their strobes and other video lights in the near future. Other companies should also take notes on their shipping / packaging amazingness! Thank you Interfit!
