Hi, I’m genuinely sorry you had a frustrating experience. Getting disappointing results after spending money is never a good feeling. To clarify a few points: we do not write or fabricate our own reviews. All reviews are from verified customers, and Trustpilot monitors activity independently. Regarding results: €200 in ad spend resulting in 13 streams is not something our system would generate under normal campaign conditions. When outcomes are that low, it typically points to campaign-level factors such as tracking setup, objective selection, audience configuration, or ad account delivery issues all of which we provide support for. Intellijend is specifically built to run and optimize Meta ads, which requires a properly connected Meta ad account, this is part of the onboarding and setup process. Without that integration, the platform simply can’t function as intended. If anything in that process was unclear, that’s on us to help clarify. We’re sorry you feel this way. We built intellijend to run and optimize Meta ads for your music. The subscription gives you access to the software, automation, analytics, and support, but ad spend itself is paid directly to Meta and is not included in the subscription. We clearly communicate that campaigns require your own ad budget. Importantly, we do not take any percentage or cut of your ad spend, unlike some other platforms. Every euro you allocate goes directly to your Meta ad account. If anything was unclear, we’re happy to explain the setup again or review your case with you. We don't take a penny of your ad spend - 100% of it goes directly to Meta to show your music to real listeners. On pricing: Our subscription covers far more than analytics. You get automated ad campaign creation - far more complex than tools like Hyppedit or Toneden - and based on a proprietary structure we've refined over thousands of campaigns with thousands of artists. You also get in-platform optimization, which is an algorithm we created to improve the efficacy of your campaign and front load the ad spend, causing you to trigger the Spotify algorithm as opposed to just paying for streams. We also provide daily automated insights and the ability to see the ad creatives of other artists - all of which would typically require hiring an expensive marketing agency and in general taking you much more time. We've helped thousands of independent artists reach millions of listeners who otherwise wouldn't have the budget or expertise to run these campaigns themselves. On complexity: The entire reason we built this platform was to abstract away the pain of using Meta Ads manager. Hey JJ, On our platform you have the option to create your own ads or to use our Ad Packs that have ad creatives ready to go, you just put your song behind it. Our stats are much more feature rich than what is natively shown in Spotify - We include 1 year historical data of popularity scores on the track and artist level, song to song growth metrics, playlist follower growth, overlaying Meta ad spend lines on top of your metrics, automated insights and actionable recommendations, and much more. On top of that we provide the ability to launch complex ad campaign structures with one-click ad optimization algorithms. It does much more than Spotify for Artists :)
