I guess I learned my lesson
I guess I learned my lesson. They made an old campaign of mine active at $200 a day and now I don't have “permission” to turn off the ad in my own ad account. Had cancel my card because I got charged over $100 and it's not stopping. Stay away unless you're willing to take a chance.

Hey Grant, We're sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand how frustrating unexpected ad spend can be. That said, we want to be transparent: our records show that the campaign budget change was made by another user, not by our system or our team. We do not have the ability to modify budgets or activate campaigns in your Meta ad account without explicit user action on our platform. Our support team walked you through the steps to resolve this in your chat session and remains available if you need further help. Regarding turning off the ad: Meta's permission system controls access to your ad account, and any restrictions there are managed on Meta's side, not ours. We take these concerns seriously, and we'd genuinely like to help make sure everything is fully resolved!
