Great customer service in my experience, nothing is too much trouble. Helpful agent teams and very competitive prices.

We have signed up to Inteletravel as a business on the side of our other jobs and so far, so good. I have spent over 30 years in the 'trade' and researched the company very thoroughly before we signed up. Having read the reviews on here, it's obvious that Inteletravel are 'Marmite', but I believe that if you have a good customer service ethic, then you will be successful. There are bad apples in every organisation. If this fails for us, then it won't be lack of effort on our part.

If I could rate less than 1 I would. So rude, presumptuous and don’t like it when you challenge them! Stay clear of this company unless you like speaking with arrogance. Awful company.

Absolutely shocking company to work for. No help, no training, once you're signed up, you're left to it. Customer service is horrendous! Due to covid I had a flight cancel with Ryanair, they Refunded my money to Inteletravel in June, it was near impossible to get my money back! No response from emails or calls, once I got through they told me another 6 weeks before they could refund my money?? They already had the refund In their account! Not only this but I've had to raise a credit card charge back against them for some airport parking that they won't pay back I emailed them asking to cancel my membership in the same email asking for an update on the refund, only had an email back canceling my membership and obviously no update Worst company ever, would not touch with a 10ft barge pole.

A pyramid scheme that seeks out vulnerable people, please don't fall for anything they say. They are only so keen to give you so much advice because they want you to sign up, then they can make money off you! They are advertising lots on Facebook pages recently promising you that you will make thousands a month and that they have never looked back after joining, its all just a massive scam to get you to sign up. I was speaking to two women that were so eager to sign myself up, they were sending voice notes basically selling the dream saying they had quit there full time job, luckily I done my research, there is even an article in Travel Weekly about their pyramid scheme and even involving celebrities to lure people in. I am amazed ABTA have given them a license. Please do not waste your money!

It says a lot about a company when there are no customer reviews and all of the 5* reviews are from their own 'travel agents' trying to convince people it's a great business opportunity. Of course they are going to say it's great as they earn money from the £142 sign up and £32 monthly fees paid by any new recruits they sign up. Inteletravel is supposed to be a travel business promoting and selling travel to customers, not selling the business to people in need of an income Where are the customers?

Been with inteletravel for a month now, already I know I won't look back! I've met so many people who have been so successful through this business, its not a scam. The training and is impeccable, the support and community with colleagues is amazing! I wake up everyday looking forward to what the day has to bring with this company and I cant wait to have earnt enough to stop my current full time job. Ok so the people who have been in it longer than me, earn me than me and earn from me but I don't have a problem with that because they're using their time to teach me how to do the same thing, we all are able to earn from what eachother do and people would see that if they just gave it a chance as apose to labelling it as a scam pyramid. Its not different than working at a salon or travel agents, being paid minimum wage and the buisness owner making 100s from the work you do, except now I have the chance to earn 100s too! Plus I've never known anyone be able to set up and entire business of their own for £150 and continue to pay their overheads every month for only £40, normal buisness over heads are well into the thousands! Its a great opportunity, the company is reputable hence the partnerships they have with disney land, tui, royal carribean and many more and! You can't slate the whole company for the bad actions of one person. I love it!

Worst company to deal with when waiting for a refund. I've been waiting since April and still nothing. Poor communication. Awful customer service skills No attempt to try give customers their money back considering things are tough out there. You take the money quick enough but why should a customer have to wait up to 90 days. SHOCKING..... if I dont get my refund by the 90th day i cant wait to take you guys further
