InteleTravel.comReviews of inteletravel.com

I joined inteletravel back in November 2020 and never looked back. I love this business I have a real passion for travel so I joined to earn a little bit of a side income & save for my own travel too. The best part of this business is that it’s totally on your terms and no targets and you can choose how to use it. Best thing I’ve done 😊

I joined this business 18months ago, they took my money monthly but when it came to paying commission it was never paid. I contacted the department responsible for chasing it 3 times and still 3 months later no one has got back to me. They even tried to take payments after I had resigned and I had to report my card stolen so that no more money could be taken. The so called director had too many people in her team and was only focused on recruiting more people to boost her income. Horrible nasty person who slagged her team over Facebook commenting on things she did not know the full details of. Avoid this company at all costs it’s not what it seems. The promise to pay back membership within 12 months of joining is a scam as they have it all covered in “the small print”.

I joined this business just over 2 years ago and it was the best decision I have ever made! The team support is phenomenal, we are like one big family. Inteletravel are amazing and have been true to their word with everything the promised and give us more than we ever expected. Best business best time

Advertised as not being a pyramid scheme but that’s exactly what it is. The people at the bottom work hard to try and break even whilst the people at the top get richer and richer. It is advertised as earning 10% of all travel bookings this is not true as Inteletravel take a % and you have to pay fees, you’re lucky if you receive 4%. They also make it as difficult as possible to have the money sent to your bank. It’s very much pushed to recruit other people rather than actually sell holidays. It is not worth the hours I put into establishing myself and it is definitely a pyramid scheme.

I started my travel agent journey in April 2019, I am that person people always go to when looking for the best deal, or even for "how" to book a trip. So this was right up my street. Online, constantly searching for holidays during lunch breaks or scrolling in the evening..."just to see" Like most people I enjoy travelling, but when I started I was nervous to book anything, the training is exceptional. We have 24/7 access for our training academy and library. This business works when you work. It does mean you have to learn and train about the products you can offer. All our well known high street brands offer agent support and additional training too. If you want to get into travel, learn more about the industry and travel smarter this is a really affordable way. I now "work" my travel agency full time, around my children and my lifestyle. It doesn't even feel like work as there are no minimum sales or targets to meet because it is your own business. You dictate what you want out by what you put in. So pleased I started on this journey because I love every minute. (Even during the pandemic, we had training on mindset and cancellations/amendments procedures) using an independent travel agent has become much more in demand now and since lockdown 2020 lifted and borders started reopening my sales have soared. I try not to just give a price, but give the customer advice. Make sure I use all the business tools available and it works.

I’m sharing my experience as I promised myself I would after I joined the program as I was pretty put off by the reviews but despite that I still decided to join. I joined to earn money back on my own travel and also book for family and friends. I can confirm that I have earned a considerable amount in commissions which more than justifies the low costs. I have also been able to book some great trips for myself making great savings. If you’re looking to save on your own travel and make an income booking for others I can not find any faults at all. I am almost 9 months in and it’s genuinely been a great move for me. I can only help but think that these negative reviews stem from people that may not have had the correct guidance and support or perhaps expected too much - you get out of it when you put in. I’ve made a friend who is a member also and she gets many more bookings but she promotes and posts on social media, whereas my bookings just come from my close circles, maybe one day I will venture further afield but for now I’m happy with the income I make and the amount of time it takes to do so. I personally have not ventured in to the marketing side which is a separate entity FYI. I am not opposed to doing it and further down the line it is something I will think about again. My advice is to join the program with someone helpful and informative like I did. With the right support you will enjoy the experience and benefit.

1 star is generous. You are a scam. I was completely missold this policy and unfortunately it was at the time we were hit with the unexpected pandemic which I understand has affected everyone. I am disgusted this is never made clear to new starters and that during such a difficult time financially you expect us to book holidays when the world was almost closed to fly outside of the country or even stay in an accommodation in the UK which has only realistically, just gone back to normal. I have requested an immediate cancellation of this policy. And if another payment from my bank is taken I will not hesitate to take this further. I will be making it very clear to friends/family and social media that you are a con artist and take people for granted. I do not want any one else to go through the anxiety this has caused me and upset of how much money this has cost for NOTHING. The “support” given is a shambles. This is not as you would expect from a “high class company” as you say you are. A company so big should not cause you so much distress. You are told to go through so many different cancellation steps to actually get confirmation. I can’t even log onto my account to action what is advised and it will not let me reset my password anymore. Do not read a word they say “Just write a request within a month of your one-year enrollment anniversary and ask for a refund. We will calcuate what you made and refund the money you didn't earn back.” > FALSE! Absolutely awful experience, please do your research for at least a year before agreeing to a pyramid scheme like this.

I joined as an agent a few months ago and haven’t received any help, support or made a penny! I sent an email because I couldn’t get access to a booking and training portal and didn’t get a response for weeks so missed out a big booking! I have been paying £32 a month for nothing and sent an email to cancel 4 days ago and still have not received a response!
