I typically do not write reviews. However, I have been so disappointed in Inteletravel. I have been an agent of Inteletravel for six years, paying them monthly for the website that is provided, but they have a problem paying my commission. I have been waiting to get paid for three services since January of this year(2022); I have resubmitted my invoices, called several times, and spoken with several of their customer service reps, and still have not received my commission. Making monthly payments for the website has been frustrating, and I can not receive my commissions on the services my company renders. I have lost so much money with this company. They have trained their customer service to lie for the company, and they give you a runaround about your money. The customer service stated that the money is there, but for nearly a year, I have not received my commission. They have gotten paid by the vendors, but I still have not received my commission. There is no accountability for this company. There are no contacts that can help you if you are having problems. The President and other administrators can not be reached to share your concerns about the company. Poor management and poor morality and ethical standards in this company.

And Fake 5 star reviews from agents and employees of Plan Net and Inteletravel. It's nothing but a scam. Do not fall for it. A lot of faking it until you make it going on and the only people who benefit are the CEO and those at the top of the pyramid Avoid.

This is a scam! False and misleading information on refunds. I would avoid. Waste of money I never did get back.

I joined as an agent in 2020 whilst on furlough and bored at home. Having just just returned from a trip I’d never have found had it not been for being an inteletravel agent I had to write a review. As well as saving money on my own trips I’ve saved on trips for friends and family and work with a huge range of long-standing fantastic suppliers i’d never heard of before. I love the fact people can learn and earn doing what their doing anyway and help others in the long run. Very glad to have found such a great programme :-)

I joined at the end of 2021 after thinking about it for over 12 months in lockdown and finally deciding to take the plunge. I watched some of the mentors share their experiences via Instagram and Facebook and after much consideration I finally decided to join and see what the hype was all about... Firstly, I completed the training and attended the video calls - it was a lot to take in at first but then I found out the mentors give you the answers to the questions so really it made me question how many of these agents are actually knowledgeable or just winging it as they go. At the time I didn't mind as I was glad I had actually completed the training and knew what I was doing unlike the others. I booked my first hotel in December through one of the suppliers that then offered special agent rates for familiarisation purposes, this allowed me to save around £300 on a 1 night stay in a beautiful London hotel - at this point I thought this is why people join and I was really excited about what the programme could lead to! Since December I have been on 3 holidays and I have had to book them all myself separately from the Inteletravel programme as it was A LOT cheaper! Yes - you heard right - using Jet2 and TUI direct was actually cheaper which started my doubts with the programme. I gave it the benefit of the doubt though and priced up some holidays for family and friends - again it was more expensive no matter which supplier I tried. I then came to the conclusion after months of searches, browsing and trying new destinations/dates - unless you are willing to "rip off" or "con" family and friends then I don't see how this programme works. For information purposes the destinations I tried were: Turkey, Spain, New York, Dubai, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Florida. I attended a meet up with the other agents early this year and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting to people in a similar position, most of them agreed with me though and in hindsight I can see we were probably all just hoping things would get better but putting rose tinted specs on! After a one-off payment of approx. £140 and then 9 months x£32 I can honestly say the programme is not worth it. The agents may sell it to you as a "saving" but what they aren't being honest about is that you would have to choose a higher budget holiday/hotel in order for you to save money. For example, although I saved around £300 on a 1 night stay in London, personally I would have never booked a hotel for 1 night in London for £500 - I would rather put this towards a holiday abroad, so I paid around £200 instead - which yes is good, but I would have paid this amount anyway with or without the programme. It may give you chance to stay in nicer hotels but they have since stopped this particular programme as there are too many agents so this is an example of how the programme fails to meet expectations. When I decided to quit last month, I sent my mentor a lovely message expressing my thanks and appreciation for her support during my first few weeks when I had questions about the training etc. to which she still hasn't replied! I just got removed from the WhatsApp group and received no acknowledgement at all - how childish! It seems these mentors are obviously in it for themselves, they are typical sales people. They couldn't be nicer or more friendly when they are trying to get you signed up to the programme but the minute you say you are leaving because you haven't benefited and are having to book your holidays elsewhere they don't want to know! Simply RUDE! I thought I should make others aware who are in two minds about joining because this is exactly what I thought all along deep down - if something sounds too good to be true, it's because it usually is.

Worst company I've used, trying to get information out of the agent was like pulling teeth. Customer Service department was no help kept saying ask the agent even though agent wasn't helping. Think I'd rather book it myself next time.
