Firstly, I think the reviews for this company are mixed with USA and UK. I joined InteleTravel (UK) back in March 2022 and at first I thought 'what have I signed up to?!' but that is 100% normal. I am building a client base to book travel for others and I can 100% say you don't have to recruit, you don't have to book for others, you can just book for yourself, IT'S COMPLETELY UP TO YOU! There is so much freedom and flexibility. I have given them a 4 star because yes, the commission could be paid quicker at times and there are things that could improve, but I am seeing them continuously improve to better the company, i.e. new escalation routes for commission queries. It does all depend on who brought you into the business and how much support they are providing and I CANNOT fault my upline and directors. They are second to none! The only reason for the negative reviews here are the people who joined and expected quick money, it doesn't work like that. WORK on building a client base if you want to book for others, WORK on sharing the business if you want to earn uncapped money - I can guarantee you will benefit from this if you do it correctly.

A customer of a seller and was Mis sold a holiday they couldn’t get flight that matched the holiday agreed and deposit paid. Communication is extremely slow and required constant chasing! Absolute scam, and will be moving forward legally with miss old products. I have all communications recorded and saved. DO NOT BOOK with these people!

Horrible scam 😪 I only made commissions on my own travel nobody ever booked. I've left this scam of a company and never got paid my commissions they've owed me since November 30th of 2022 My sponsor said I had to sign up with both Inteletravel and Plannet marketing almost $400 to sign up And $60 a month in administrative fees I only lost money with this scam

The company is a joke, you do not make the money they advertise you will make then they take for ever to pay you. Customer service is the worst taking forever to answer questions anď rude staff. It is an MLM company. Worst company ever and gives the travel industry a bad name, stay well clear.

I was part of Inteletravel for about 2 years, I kept thinking I’ll give it a good chance. It’s so close to a pyramid system it’s unbelievable. The only people that make money are the ones signing you up to join! These are the ones you see doing the positive reviews on here. The whole system makes a mockery of the travel industry. You should not be able to get access to travel agent rates unless you are actively selling travel … “travel smarter” it’s basically you pay a fee each month, complete some very very basic training … of which your given the answers for from the planet rep that signed you up. It’s a load of rubbish about being able to leave your job and make thousands selling travel! You can’t, they take and charge so many different aspects from your commission … you never end up with what’s advertised to you. The only ones making money are the planet reps persuading you to join. There’s very little support with after care in your bookings, every time you email you get a response back saying it’s a very busy period at the moment so there may be delays getting back … this same message never changed. The amount of errors agents made were embarrassing … it’s to be expected when you can become a travel agent in literally a few hours. I have no idea how they have got an ABTA licence, the company is a disgrace. As for companies you can sell, there are very few big names that will use them anymore. The training is so poor, so un-professional, most of the I information on Facebook. Otherwise you will get the odd training by some 19 year old that thinks they know everything. When travelling I had many experiences, of where I’d feel embarrassed to be part of Inteletravel. They have such a bad reputation in the industry. Do not waste your money. Don’t do it!

They deserve 0 stars. Don't listen to the fake reviews they must have paid people to come on here and say. This is one of the WORST Host Agencies in the United States. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!! They have no real Customer Service, it takes forever to register with vendors, and MOST IMPORTANT you have to FIGHT with them for MONTHS for almost every single COMMISSION PAYMENT. Talk to real agents that use them as a host agency. The people writing good reviews are on the marketing side so they basically get you to sign up and then you go through a complete nightmare. Trust me go somewhere else. Save yourself the headache.

This Company gives people an opportunity to generate income from something they are already doing & travel smarter. I cannot recommend enough. Obviously, from a consumer perspective, it is relative to the individual that is working as your Agent. However, my experience is that these individuals work so hard & really care about their clients unlike faceless websites.

I was very skeptical, read many a negative review on here and it actually put me off joining for over a year. Then I heard of the money back guarantees, not one but two and thought, well what have I got to lose! This also gave me some reassurance that was certainty within the business that it can work and I wouldn’t be at a loss. I can only now presume the negative reviews are from the people that couldn’t make the business work for them, which I can understand. This isn’t in anyway a get rich quick scheme of any sort nor is it a one stop shop or one search engine, you have to do the work and you have to be willing to look around to get the best deals available, but if you someone that’s willing to do that, you will find savings and you can make a business from it! There is a reason why this company is the no.1 home travel agency in the world and let’s be honest no company is immune from negative reviews, but from someone that was a sceptic for so long, I can honestly say this is not a scam! Being ABTA and ATOL accredited (which you can check on their websites to ensure) doesn’t come lightly and some big online travel agencies do not in fact have these accreditation anymore! The well known suppliers (of which you would recognise) and big hotel chains that work with us, also show this is a legitimate company. From now being in this business it actually surprises me that there are many negatives reviews. I have saved nearly £6k on my personal travel and been able to earn an additional income per month from the holiday I have booked for others, so I am so grateful I took the plunge and joined (against my husband advice at the time)! I have never been asked to write a review, but have done so as I know from my own experience how the negatives comments put me off for so long, my only regret is not joining sooner.
