I see the Inteletravel huns are back out in full force leaving 5* reviews. I would suggest that anyone thinking of joining looks at YouTube (particularly Dear Society's videos) as she posts how nasty these people are when you say you want to leave. They harass you and actively try and sabotage any new business you try to start. She has screenshots of the messages too. Be very, very careful.

I was a Travel Agent with InteleTravel…
I was a Travel Agent with InteleTravel for 5 years. I started out after seeing the advertising you do on Facebook and got to know my upline quite well. I never took part in the PlanNet Marketing side of the business as I do not like MLMs.
The company IS a bonafide, legitimate, and certified travel agency, with ABTA Bonding and an ATOL.
There are not that many suppliers - there’s a few good ones but most importantly to me, there was not Jet2, TUI (which they used to have), or easyjet. These tour operators are what a lot of customers want and you will not be able to service their needs without a contract for those operators.
The U.K. team is generally really helpful, the US customer service not so much.
Commission is slow to be paid and often incorrect, and they do not make it their priority to fix it. As other people have noted, there’s fees for Hyperwallet and a transaction fee to withdraw your commission. I also don’t think that the MOR fees are transparent either. You can end up with far less than you might expect.
So overall I’m glad I was part of the company, as it allowed me to gain experience to move on to a better travel agency. I never lost money, but I know people do if they don’t work at it.

Amazing company
This is not a scam! I’m in shock that anyone would think that! As a full time mum who wanted an extra income to work round my family Inteletravel are the most flexible supportive home working company I’ve found and bonus it’s in travel! Which everyone loves to do!
There is no pressure to sign up, it’s a business you get what you put in. You can actually do very little and still earn money but they set you up as a business it’s down to you to build it! As someone that has owned businesses in the past, the amount of investment I had to put it to build a business is allot. Inteletravel ask for a small amount to help you get going’s and give you everything you need to run a travel business. How you use it is down to you but I’ve found them to be ever so supportive and the education is brilliant.
Inteletravel are not MLM, they work along side Plannet who help them build their company allowing agents to also earn from referrals which every big company does! You can sell travel without having to build a team - this is optional and never pushed.
I love Inteletravel it’s given me the flexibility of earning money around my lifestyle and given me education that I don’t have to take time to go to a training day but I can do From the comfort of my home and when i want. The world had changed and Inteletravel have opened up to flexible working to help people like me and I fully appreciate it,

Fantastic company and experience
I have now been with Inteletravel for 2 1/2 years , it’s been the best thing I have ever done. Inteletravel is NOT MLM as it says in some reviews, however there is another company that works alongside Inteletravel if you want to do this, this is not compulsory!
I loved the training, and all the information which is available to you is immense. I love the friendships I have made too, such fabulous support.
The company is over 30 years old so has longevity, other host company’s much newer and very large start up fee’s this is the best £142 I have ever spent .
It works around my 9-5 job and the savings I have made against my own holidays has been insane.
Total no brainer the minute I heard about it, only regret, I didn’t start sooner.
Highly recommended

Never again....
In November 2022 I booked their London Royals Palace coach trip for 10th -14th July 2023.This booking was for me and my Mother (80 years old). This was our first trip with this company, and sadly will be the last.
1. We were not sent luggage tags. (Note I booked this in November 2022 so plenty of time to send them)
We were the only party not to have them, which meant the coach driver had to write tags out for us before we boarded to avoid our luggage being misplaced when we switched coaches, delaying pick up.
2. We travelled on Monday 10th July, arriving approx 3pm at the Ibis hotel, Heathrow.
We were told to be in the restaurant for 6pm for our evening meal. We had all had a long day travelling so this was much needed.
When we arrived in the restaurant, I went to sit down and was told "you can't sit there" - we were sent to sit in a certain area.
The food we were served was: a Bain Marie of sausage, mash potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, and (possibly) potato salad. No tea or coffee.
We all questioned whether this was correct. I'm vegetarian so couldn't eat the sausage and there was no alternative. The waiter confirmed that the travel company had confirmed the menu for us.
Others from my coach party said the sausages did not taste good at all.
We were told that we could purchase food from the menu with 20% off- but having paid £499pp and expecting a meal, we were not prepared to do this and should not have been expected to!
3. Ibis Hotel is cashless- we were not told this and we travelled with cash.
4. The waiter looking after us in point 2 was a trainee- he spoke to his manager about our issues with the food and the manager just sent him back to us with the 20% discount offer. The manager did not speak to us, apologise or try to resolve the issue at all. Poor management and leadership.
5. The evening meals did improve slightly over the week but I feel that was only because our whole coach party complained, and our driver Terry did his best to escalate it for us too. I was told on the Monday that they would prepare a vegetarian alternative for me for Tuesday. This did not happen, I had to ask and they made it whilst I waited (pasta with a plain tomato sauce)
6. Buckingham Palace trip was cancelled and replaced with Hampton Court Palace. Obviously the Palace being closed is out of your control but you then decided to cram Windsor Castle and Hampton into one day, leaving Wednesday for just Kensington Palace which really does not require a full day. This left us rushing around Windsor to leave for 1pm on to Hampton Court. If you consider the demographic of your coach party, you should have understood this would be too much for them in one day. Alot of the party (including my Mom) missed out on Hampton Court and its gardens as they were just too tired from Windsor. Poor planning.
7. Our rooms were only cleaned once through the 5 days. Tea and coffee supplies in the room were only replenished if we asked, same for clean towels.
I sent a complaint to both Inteletravel and Shearings on 16th July and still awaiting a reply. Never again!

I was skeptical - but its brilliant
I was skeptical. But I am loving it. Very supportive team, very professional. Nothing is hidden, minimal risk to signing up as you can get your money back if you change your mind in 30 days. The Travel agency business is not a MLM, you have an option to join another company - PlanNet, if you want to which is network marketing, but I signed up to become a travel advisor only when I began. There is a lot to learn and some mandatory training (UK is one of the most heavily regulated countries when it comes to travel which is a good thing!). It takes time to understand all of the systems and different groups / access to the back office to research holidays and book them etc. But it is like any business - you get out what you put in. I do it around my full time job and really enjoy it, it is fun. I have made some money from it, got discounted rates for my own holidays (and got the commission back) and also got a cruise for virtually nothing (£700 all in for 1 week) with my partner for booking one for a client. I did my due diligence before signing up and checked the company out on Credit Safe - they have a credit rating of 87/100 and a recommended credit limit of £100k - an excellent score. The team is amazingly supportive and you can ask them anything at any time. I really do recommend it.

I am an active independent travel agent
I have been an independent travel agent with InteleTravel for over 3 years now and absolutely love the flexibility it allows me to work online, in a field that I’m hugely passionate about and all the while creating an additional income for my household along side other work / family commitments. The support and educational resources are fantastic in guiding you and supporting you every step of the way but also the partner webinars provide excellent insight into all that is available to us as agents when looking to make client bookings. It’s only when you fully explore each partner do you learn all that they can fully offer our clients and what we as agents have access to. I can only speak from my own personal experience and it’s been a great one 🙏🏼🙏🏼
