My order has not arrived after weeks, No Phone number to call.

My goodness, I can't imagine what all these disgruntled customers are going on aboot. Seems like some folks just don't have the patience God gave a rock, and there are some don' have any more sense of civility than a stick. I received the usb headset in a reasonable length of time, and then after a few months of simply superb skyping, one of the ear pieces went kaput. It took their customer service less than a day to respond to my email post to the website, and after a brief back-and-forth, another headset is on its way. As I mentioned in my last post to them, their service and attention is what legends are made of, and that in this era of ever-increasing online commerce, it seems that prompt, courteous service has become the exception rather than the rule. After perusing the comments on this forum, it sadly appears that patience and civility among the disgruntled have also become the exception rather than the rule. Many thanks to the entire support team for providing such exemplary service! p.s. - only 4 stars cuz of the bum ear piece to begin with p.p.s. - UPDATE: new headset arrived as promised. Thanks to all at instoreshop.com who worked together to solve the problem!!!!

I am very happy with the service that I received from In Store Shop. They were very helpful and quick from delivery to helping me install the device. I am very happy with my Everyman hd camera, it is even better then I expected for the price! It is unbelievable the quality of the picture from such a small device. I would definently recommend this product to others.

I allready payd for the order and i never received anything.!! There is no phone number on the site to connect the shop. This is very tricky. Do not buy anything there. !

It has been 14 business days since they debited my account for this purchase, AND I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THIS ORDER! Dont believe their claim of delivering within 7-10 DAYS globally! They dont even have a tracking number for their orders so wont have any idea if the order was actually shipped. I just read bad reviews about your store online, and i now regret ordering this from skype.

I placed 2 orders. and PAYED them instantly. First I ordered a Dualphone. A few minutes later I ordered 2 Freetalk headsets. I only received a order confirmation mail for the headsets. The Dualphone arrived a few days later. On the headsets I'm still waiting for delivery, even though they were the ones that had a delivery message 16 days ago. No information, nobody to contact, no money back. We had the same experience with instoreshop half a year ago and thought it was a one time problem. The Website instoreshop.info is down. So there's no contact information. DON'T ORDER AT INSTORESHOP!

Update: I received my headset today (April 1), and it's in good working order (sigh of relief). The postmark on the package is dated 22 March (posted from Italy). The shipment confirmation email was sent on 15 March (a Monday). So it was exactly 14 business days from shipment confirmation email. Still, 14 business days is a long time, they said 7-10 business days, and I never received any customer support during this time.

Warning Do not deal with this company!!! My headset has not arrived, got a mail that it has been shipped, no news later. One has no contact system. They dont reply to mails. I want to report them to consumer office. I want my money back. Gita
