Though I didn't find it easy to get an initial message to Instoreshop, once I was able to contact them, this was the most satisfying customer service experience I have ever had. They'd have gotten 5 out of 5 if I hadn't had to work so hard to get the initial message in! I've already recommended the product I bought to three friends based on its performance. I'm glad to say I can now further recommend the company, based on their excellent post-sale support.

My goodness, I can't imagine what all these disgruntled customers are going on aboot. Seems like some folks just don't have the patience God gave a rock, and there are some don' have any more sense of civility than a stick. I received the usb headset in a reasonable length of time, and then after a few months of simply superb skyping, one of the ear pieces went kaput. It took their customer service less than a day to respond to my email post to the website, and after a brief back-and-forth, another headset is on its way. As I mentioned in my last post to them, their service and attention is what legends are made of, and that in this era of ever-increasing online commerce, it seems that prompt, courteous service has become the exception rather than the rule. After perusing the comments on this forum, it sadly appears that patience and civility among the disgruntled have also become the exception rather than the rule. Many thanks to the entire support team for providing such exemplary service! p.s. - only 4 stars cuz of the bum ear piece to begin with p.p.s. - UPDATE: new headset arrived as promised. Thanks to all at instoreshop.com who worked together to solve the problem!!!!

I have a skype wireless headset from instoreshop.com. It was delivered in four days and seems to wrok really well. It wasn't the cheapest in the world at about 80 pounds but it feels comfortable, has good battry life and works nicely with my Mac without having to load any drivers. I would deal with them again.
