Very easy to order from site

James was helpful always in contact to see if I had any questions. Easy ordering. Fast production and delivery. Solid frame and double wide looks amazing. Logo came out great.

The quality was outstanding, and the only issue was my order request was for a labeled tablecloth that was black in color, and sorry to say, the tablecloth that was delivered was white in color. The great thing is they are right on it to fix everything...This is really amazing for a company to go through the extra steps to help its customer base. As I stated, the quality of work is light years above that of other companies. For this reason, I will only place my orders with Instant Promotion. My rep, Mr. James Shang, is also very responsive and always communicates to ensure things are going okay. James is a true customer service professional and is always helpful.

Great customer service and great products. Ordering is fast and easy.

OMG, I can't express how pleased we (The FVAC of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.) are in our purchase from Instant Promotion, Inc. Their quality of work is paramount and their customer service is A+. Bo Peele provided exceptional customer service and answered all of my questions. His design team assisted in bringing our ideas to life and shipping was faster than expected. Out tent was well made, the table cover fits perfectly and the colors are vibrant and made our design "POP"!! The structure of the frame is very durable and sturdy. Thank you for your quality service...we are very pleased indeed!

My experience with Instant Promotion was absolutely Amazing from beginning to end. James reached out to me and made me feel very comfortable with any questions I had. Even when I had a few changes they were very understanding and didn’t do anything until I was Happy and I approved. I even got a email throughout the entire process and when my product shipped. I Love this Company and definitely recommend them. I will definitely be using them Again! Thank you very much Instant Promotion!

Top notch canopy. Very well built. I don’t like the fact they charge you a fee to convert a photo to a specific file type if you don’t have the correct file type. Overall pleased.
