Would have rated much higher but the order was not sent to production even though I approved in an email. Good thing I checked on progress or may not have been received in time for the Expo.

While they provided great customer service, the item ordered was damaged with the initial shipment, then again on the second. They replaced the first one, but I just kept the second not having to time to wait for a replacement. They need to find a more secure way to ship their items.

My order only gave me half of the tracking codes, and shipped with two different shipping companies with no notifications and made me miss two different events.

A little disappointed in the quality.. there are small holes in the tent and the back walls. This was a big splurge for us financially so expected the quality to be better.. we used our neighbors last year and theirs seems to be made better hence why we went with same company but ordered a bigger one. It was shipped without the top of the tent and the wrong color frame which Paul made right quickly even overnighting the parts to another location where the tent was being used.

Average quality material. I ordered the 10 x 15 canopy (you must order frame separately FYI), so the quote I received was a little misleading. The canopy arrived on time. It is not difficult to set up/tear down but seems to be a little flimsy (ordered steel). Comes with wheeled bag that is extremely oversized for the canopy that I ordered and it tore immediately from hauling to the park the very first time. The color printed on the canopy and the table cover matched EXACTLY to our company logo. I would give the full-color printing and table cover 5 stars. Instant promotion probably offers some of the cheapest prices that I've seen, however, you get what you pay for.

Ray Nock was good to work with. There was a challenge matching fill colors to our logo colors, but we did finally agree on creative. However, when the canopy arrived at the office, the colors in the FCD logo (all sides) bled over and were not aligned. I will send photos to Ray for him to review. At this time, we need the canopy for an event on 11/17, so we'll not be returning the canopy right now now. I will keep in touch in case we change our mind.
