Instant PromotionReviews of instantpromotion.com

Quite literally from the first step on through delivery the customer service was next level awesome. It was my first time creating/ordering a tent and Zach walked me though the whole process. I have no doubt that the only reason our turned out so wonderfully was because of his patience in guiding me through the process. I've already started recommending colleagues to Instant Promotions for event tents.

We are very satisfied with how our canopy turned out. The back drop and table cover are also great. #210CycleRiderz

Bo (the Instant Promotion Sales rep) was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the purchase process. They moved quickly to produce the tent I ordered and the attention paid to each customer service detail was very impressive.

Solid, item came as expected.

Friendly staff who helped in the design process. Speedy production and high quality product.

Instant Promotion has great customer service, communication, and makes sure you are fully taken care of from design to display!

The communication with Zach was precise and timely. Had a little issue with the tent frame and Zach sent a replacement in an expeditious manner and made it very easy to return the one with an issue.

Bo was great to work with made our decision quick and easy and answered all questions thoroughly would definitely use them again
