Really enjoyed the customer service of this company. I worked with James Shang, and he responded to my emails fairly quickly.

This tent is everything!!! All of the other vendors asked where we got our tent from... It is spacious, easy to set up and makes us feel legit with our business... The health inspector complimented us as well . . The service that James provided is top notch, he responded to every email, answered every call, and resolved all challenges.. They are very professional and take pride in their work and their brand! I will definitely be ordering more from them and I have (reluctantly) referred other vendors to them... LOL. Thanks so much!!!

Fast service, no hassle. Nothing better than that.

My tent and table cloth canoe out perfect. Delivery was fast! Fast response everything! Great service

Zach was very efficient and friendly while answering all of our questions. Will return for future business! The canopy arrived quickly in excellent condition.

Paul was incredibly responsive and ask questions to ensure that he understood what we were looking for on our specific needs. Additionally, the quality of the tents we received are far better than anticipated. And the price point was perfect! I've worked with tent companies for 20+ years and this is by far one of my best experiences.

We had never ordered a feather banner before so needed lots of guidance and advice. Zach was there for us all the way. He was easily reached whenever I needed to contact him and Bo was also available to help out. They make it very easy to shop from them. We highly recommend them.

Zach was very helpful and done deals with him a few times now. Can’t wait to get the next tent
