Insight Pest SolutionsReviews of insightpest.com

I have been a client of Richmond BC-based Insight Pest Solutions for 1.5 years. I highly recommend them. The service is outstanding and if problems arise in between the regular scheduled visits, they are on it. Last week, I was home when Brian Mohr came by to address a concern regarding ants on the patio. He was great! Explained everything he was going to do and then proceeded as explained. Then, he came back and explained what he had observed and offered other helpful recommendations. I appreciated all this but most of all, I appreciate the ant-free patio. Thanks, Brian!!

I have 2 plans with them since 2022. Mosquitoes prevention and spiders and ant prevention contracts. For mosquitoes solutions is terrible service. They schedule on a rainy weather and you should call again and again and they will schedule for after 2 weeks . Summer is only for 3 months in Canada . I don’t recommend mosquitos prevention plans at all

Joe B the door to door sales person on a hoverboard refused to leave our property in the Bluffs and after we politely declined his scam sales efforts he proceeded to insult the condition of our home and refused to leave. When we said our next step is to call the police if he won’t leave our property he said the police are useless. Truly a horrifying experience.

Pushy door to door sales. Why are they saying they will come and spray in the winter??? Overpriced, underdeliver. Do NOT use this company, they are a scam.

Alex was very thorough and explained the work that was done, going above and beyond in his job. Very polite and thoughtful as well. July 10/24

4 visites depuis 1 an. Toujours autant de fourmis. Dernier exterminateur qui c'est pointé ne parle pas français

Travis S is very pleasant when he visits. He goes over what he plans to do on that day throughly and answers any questions you have along the way.

I signed an agreement with them. Later, I talked to my wife and she did not like the idea of hiring a pest control company, so I asked them if I could cancel our agreement. They agreed to my cancellation without any penalty or pressure. A trustworthy company!
