Excellent service de Louis! Merci!!

We live in Oalville. Today, we worked with Gary from Insight Burlington. He is very polite and knowledgeable about what he is doing. We are happy to have worked with him.

Great customer service, if I need a respray they come out within a day or two. Very friendly and professional. I've had them for over a year now. My one complaint is what they use takes time to work, and I want instant death for those bugs. But since they do unlimited resprays for free it works with a few exseptions. I didn't realize I had signed up for 18 months if the sellers were better at explaining that it would have been appreciated. Will I renew? I dunno.

Aaron once again came to spray for misquotes and did a great job. Will have him back

The sales mislead me to sign an annual package when I assumed it was a one time service contract. When I realized the true and requested to cancel this scam contract, I was told either to complete the contract or pay the cancellation fee. Cheating is absolutely unacceptable!! I will never use this company anymore.

Aaron was fantastic! He was friendly, thorough and very professional! Great job Aaron. We would highly recommend you to our friends and family. Arlene and Joe Byles.

We've used Insight Pest Solutions for a couple of years, now. They are affordable, professional and do a great job. Today, Allen came out and helped us with a pest problem. Thank you for hiring professional and courteous people on your staff! We only have good things to say about your service!!! We live in a rural area, so we have rodent boxes put out around our home and under it - which are safe for our dogs. We also have cobwebs removed. Allen did a great job today!

A complete scam with shady salesman who are extremely deceptive. With a cancellation fee on top.
