Do Not Order through TikTok. Even though you hit no for the extras, they say the order is one amount and then charge you 3 different amounts and it's on a subscription. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and was able to cancel the order. RipOff Scam!!!

Product colours are not as bright or vibrant as the images on the website, plus there was a promise of 100 free cones per order, these did not arrive:(

Horrible service. Ordered waterfall 2 weeks ago, still has not been delivered. Company responds to you by email with condescendingly not providing any service or assistance. Just went ahead and purchased on Amazon & arrived in the timeframe I needed. Website and company are a total scam.

We love this waterfall incense burner. It is amazing to watch.

I just ordered one they said it was £19.95 They have taken £19.95 Plus another £79.15 Disgusting UPDATE***** Could of been a mistake by me not reading or understanding the small print etc Anyway a full refund is on its way so I would say the company is trustworthy anyway 👍

Beware! They say you signed up (I never checked that box and they can't give me proof I did) for a monthly service and when you cancel again the service, it is your word against theirs and they continue to charge. Very unethical and the waterfall product didn't have a hole in the top so the product never worked. No refund or replacement. Please do not deal with this company. Please.

Well I had realized after I completed my order with the inscents waterfall company I realized my shipping address was incorrect so I reached out to them and provided them with the correct shipping address and by the next morning they had put the correct shipping address on my order

I ordered this incense burner and extra cones on the 22nd of March. I still hadn't received the order on April 3rd. I saw the ad again on Facebook on Sunday April 3rd I made a comment that I had ordered mine almost 2 weeks before and hadn't received the order. I figured I was out my money. On April I had a message from the company asking me to send my order number and registered email so they could see where the problem was. I had never received an order number so I sent them my email and the day the money was taken out if my account. I received my burner today along with 400 cones. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and very impressed with the customer service. I will definitely do business with the company again. Thanks so much Debi Smith
