Innovation RefundsReviews of innovationrefunds.com

This team of people was impressive. I personally worked with Matthew Tidman, Tara Beilstein and Lars Backstrom through the process. They were professional and courteous the whole way. Everything they said would happen did. We are appreciative of the whole company. I've already recommended Innovation Refunds to others. Thank you!

Great company to work with in obtaining ERTC dollars through this US government program. Easy to sign up for and quick to find out if your company qualifies. To date, we have received all 6 of the 6 quarters we applied for through Innovation Refunds. No money required up front, frequent follow-up communications by Innovation staff (Chavis Keller was very helpful and responsive in keeping us updated). Would definitely recommend to any business that would qualify for an Employee Refund Tax Credit.

Communication and follow through was excellent. Everything went as planned and smoothly

After applying for the ERC on my own, I was very skeptical of applying again. Javier Montoya did a great job explaining how Innovation Funding worked to help small business owners receive the refunds they were entitled too. Lisa Finsted was awesome at helping me through the application process and Tammy Bunkofske kept me update through the entire processs. They all were as excited as I was when the refund checks started coming in! What a sincere and genuine group to work with!

Going through the process with Innovation Refunds is so wonderful. We were warned about what will happen and what to expect. And everything happened the way we were told. Thank you so much for your help.

I'm working with Matthew Tidman. He is our customer account representative. Everything has been very smooth. I had heard about this program but I ignored it for a long time because I thought we weren't eligible. Then Innovation Refunds contacted me and what they said made me realize that I might be eligible. Now we are receiving checks.

I reached out to Innovation Refunds and the process was very smooth, professional and efficient. Majority of the time I dealt with; Lars Backstrom, Drew Falco, Matthew Makler and Marvin Azzopardi. Most of the refunds I was entitled to has been received. Only waiting on the last refund.

I had heard of the ERC funds but thought it was probably a scam. It sounded too good to be true and as hard-working contractors our experience has been that the money only goes one way – from us to the IRS, never the reverse. Adrean Johnson-Wigley was our initial contact and after talking with him we were convinced that Innovation Refunds was legitimate and decided to see if we would qualify, but to be honest, we still had doubts. Our next contact was Hope Guill and she was wonderful! Hope took our 941 information and made sure it was complete and ready to forward to their tax experts. She was beyond helpful, always cheerful and pleasant and never failed to return a phone call or email. If it wasn’t for her help and encouragement, I’m not sure we would have made it to the next step. Once it was determined that our company did indeed qualify for a substantial refund, the amended returns were sent to the IRS and the wait for processing began. At that point we were handed off to Josh Cohen, another very knowledgeable and helpful member of the team. Josh kept tabs on our progress and advised us as needed. He regularly called and emailed with information and sometimes just to check in. Once we received the refund checks Josh kept things moving forward until our business with Innovation Refunds was finished. As a happy customer I can now tell you that ERC is real and worth pursuing. Innovation Refunds is a reputable company who can help you get some of your hard-earned money back from the IRS. Thank you, Innovation Refunds!
