Innovation RefundsReviews of innovationrefunds.com

We thought this whole Employee Retention Credit was a scam and was suspicious that this was legit. My husband asked me to look into a company he heard of on the radio called Innovation Refunds and after talking to Jason Beeson, we felt comfortable enough to look into it. We had to go through the process in parts and was assigned to Chelsea Steiner and then Michael Davis was our final point person. He was very attentive to our phone calls and emails, plus checked in to see how we were doing and reassure us everything was on track. We started receiving multiple checks, higher than originally stated within the perceived timeline and it was the best feeling to get ourselves out of the red and into the black, with the help of Innovation Refunds!! They have our highest recommendation!!

I'm thrilled to share a glowing review for Fatima Newsome, Alea Padden, and Marianne Makler from Innovative Refunds. They were amazing in helping KO Landscaping secure a massive ERC refund! These three professionals showed impressive knowledge and dedication throughout the process. They understood the ERC program inside out and guided us every step of the way. Their communication was top-notch, keeping us informed and patiently explaining complex details. Their attention to detail was impeccable. They thoroughly reviewed our records, ensured accuracy, and helped gather all the necessary information. They were efficient and always met deadlines, making the entire experience seamless for us. Thanks to their expertise and hard work, KO Landscaping received a refund beyond our expectations. Fatima, Alea, and Marianne are an outstanding team to work with, and we highly recommend them to any business seeking ERC assistance. We're grateful for their support and look forward to collaborating with them again in the future!

The people that I worked with, Elizabeth Hoffman, Marissa Lovan, and Chavis Keller, have been amazing to deal with! They answered all and any questions that I might have had during this process, and were very prompt and professional in their communication. It’s been a joy to work with them.

Let's just say that I was very skeptical about this program when I first reached out to Brad Shannahan at Innovation Refunds in West Des Moines, IA in December 2022. I appreciated that he did not embark in a fast-talking, arm-twisting sales pitch. Instead. he took the time to thoroughly answer every question I initially had about this program as well as in the 3 or 4 subsequent calls that it took for me to become comfortable enough before deciding to become involved with Innovation Refunds. In fact, I found every person in this company that I spoke with after Mr. Shannahan to also be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If you're a business owner and have heard about this program but just not certain about it, then I strongly encourage you to contact Mr. Brad Shannahan in West Des Moines. I'm sure your experience with Brad and Innovation Refunds will be just like mine, a very positive one!

My experience with Michael Winters at Innovation Refunds was wonderful! He contacted me with any questions or concerns that I had during the process of our ERTC refund. He put a lot of patience and time into our file and made sure it was exactly what was needed. Michael Winters and I built a fun customer relation, he is such a great person with a humorous personality. Because of Michael he made my experience fun, easy, and professional. I was very lucky to cross paths with him and I know that he worked hard for our Company during each step. Michael cares about his customers and he showed that every day that we spoke. When he said he would call, he called, if I wasn’t available there would be an email immediately after. I expected this process to take a lot of time and energy from my other work tasks, but because of him I was able to accomplish it in a timely manner and I didn’t feel overwhelmed. I appreciate everything that Michael and Innovation Refunds has done for us, and I recommend them to anyone. Everyone that I have spoken to has been kind, attentive and professional.

I can't say enough how much we appreciated working with Kevin and his whole team! We were dealing with a ton of information, and at times required assistance to determine what was pertinent and what the next step should be. They helped us through the whole process!
