Excellent guidance during the application process by Keshia Butler and Brad Shannahan . They were on top of every aspect of the requirements and were very friendly and easy to talk to. I intend to recommend them highly to other small business owners . Innovation Refunds is a great company deserving of the accolades one hears on podcast ads. Small business owners hit hard during the pandemic should run ,not walk to sign up!

It starts out really well with Innovation Refunds. They’re super nice on the phone, really prompt, good technology to make it easy to upload documents, and the filing process is pretty easy after speaking with an attorney. After the filing is completed, they fall off the rails. I’m trying to get a breakdown report of each employee with their wages and corresponding credit breakdown, and I keep getting pushback from them. Various comments such as “the attorney is really busy”, “this is proprietary information we don’t have access to”, and other really concerning statements. If they can’t accommodate such a simple request, it makes me question whether the filing was even truly accurate. Now I might need to hire another CPA just to review the filing. I would exercise extreme caution and make sure you ask lots of questions.

Tammy Bunkofske was very helpful every step of the way, even as we waited for the IRS letters to finally come in. We actually received more than what we thought we would. She would contact our company and let us know what's happening with our refunds and so much more. We felt at ease working with Tammy and Innovation Refunds!
