InnoMaxReviews of innomax.com

Spot on service and knowledge!!!

Shipping date was two days later than given to me, but Innomax was very professional in resolving initial concerns. Shipped to wrong address, but again, Innomax worked quickly to ship another pump. Innomax was extremely responsive with concerns.

I needed a replacement mattress for my existing waterbed bladders. The agent I talked to led me to the exact thing I needed. The order got to me quickly. It was perfect and amazing that they could ship it in such a small package. I followed the video instructions to assemble it and it worked perfectly.

It was great. This was our fourth purchase from innomax

We had a great time when we bought our bed at innomax. The saleswoman was informative and patient. There was no pressure to buy and the price was great. It's been 3 months since we bought our bed and we LOVE it! We don't regret a single thing about our experience with Innomax. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.

We are long time and satisfied customers of Innomax (Denver) and recently replaced our old mattress with a similar version of the original only to discover it was defective after months of use. They graciously offered a replacement or better yet - full credit to an upgraded mattress. This also involved a difficult delivery to our house which is in a rural mountainous area of Colorado. New mattress, another delivery and we are sleeping in great comfort. Innomax couldn't have been more helpful and showed us how well they treat their customers. We highly recommend them.

From the time we entered the store to the point where everything was completed, the group that I worked with was excellent. Time was scheduled and truck showed up on time. We had a little issue with one of the mattresses not feeling the same. Within a few days, a replacement was delivered and all issues resolved. Very happy with my purchase and this group.

We were very impressed with our sales person. He was very knowledgeable and helpful on the choosing of the type of mattress we were looking to purchase. The delivery was also exceptional. We will recommend Innomax to anyone looking for an easy and financially affordable way to purchase a mattress. Thank you.
