Pretty painless order process. Good quality product. Easy to work with and get information. There is a bit of price negotiation that takes place rather than just listing the price for the items. Also, over a month after initial delivery I am still waiting for the replacement sheets from the original order since they sent the wrong size. I do not understand the delay. Glad it was not an important component (although I did have to immediately go out and purchase sheets for the bed).

I requested information and ordered parts via a chat session. The session started out well enough, after a bit the person kept providing " I'll be with you in a minute" responses. He then noted that he was "multitasking and not doing it very well". The interruptions became rather annoying, but I was finally able to complete my order. The parts were received in a timely manner and seem to have fixed my problem. My advice to the chat room folks: Remember the true definition of multitasking - "doing several things poorly at the same time". They should complete tasks in the order they are received and move to the next task or your company needs more chat room personnel.

Shipping date was two days later than given to me, but Innomax was very professional in resolving initial concerns. Shipped to wrong address,but again, Innomax worked quickly to ship another pump. Innomax was extremely responsive with concerns.

Handled my Pump warranty issue pretty quickly I did have to call them to get them to return my warranty deposit.

Had the air mattress for about 3 months now. I wish the controls were wireless, but that is a very minor thing. The bed and quality are very good. Time will tell. LOVE the savings over the major brand name.

Service was good and selection is awesome. Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. Price was reasonable but not great. Setup and use Information about the mattress was not included in the packaging. Had to make a call to find out how to set it up.

Ralph was extremely helpful in helping me to choose the Medallion air mattress. I was concerned about odors from the air connectors but he switched out ones that had already been aired out. He was very patient with me. I am finally sleeping well. Would have given 5 stars but I have been waiting several weeks for a mattress protector to be shipped. I called today to inquire and coincidentally I spoke to Ralph again. He assured me that he would have it shipped right away. So far, pleased with my purchases and the customer service!!

What a pain!! Still haven't gotten the new bed set up--had to slit the old one to get enough water out of it to remove it to the trash!! Carpet is almost done drying! Not the most fun I have ever had! Good thing I have a drain kit or else I would have been in deep trouble!! Sharon
