Amazing bed! Finally sleeping thru the night.

After 2 nights on the new bed, it is comfortable. I'm sure it will be more comfortable when it is broken in a little. I woke up both mornings with no back pain - a first. Regarding the delivery, we were told the bed would be delivered in 7-10 days and that we would receive a phone call the day prior to delivery to tell us the approximate time. On day 10 we called and our sales rep stated the bed would arrive the next day but he didn't know what time. We called on day 11 and the delivery truck was on the way. Our issue with that is that our previous bed was a waterbed and needed to be drained. Fortunately, the delivery guys were able to rearrange their schedule and gave us a few hours to prepare the room. All is well now.

We just bought a new bedroom set for our 30th anniversary, we had a little trouble with the size of our room but after a good hour of measuring I was sure we could make it work. All the people at Innomax were so helpful giving us suggestions, measuring to see what would fit, etc.we got our furniture home, and still we were an inch short of making it fit on the wall we intended to put it. we would have to put it on the longer wall I called them up the next day and had no problem exchanging it for what turned out to be even better looking design. These are real people that sell quality products, they (and by they I mean every one that worked there even the dock people) just made it a great shopping experience.

They were unable to find a really good sale price, appeared to have a lot of "add on" items, were not totally honest on the "in stock" status of items and very slow in delivery. Not the business this once was. Sadly.

Got a great matress at a good price

My movers broke the coupling on the hose that connects to the pump. Delivery of the new part was prompt and the people at Innomax were very helpful.

This bed has absolutely been one of the best purchases I've made. On our old mattress I would wake up sore and tired from moving around all night trying to get comfortable. Since we got this bed, the best way I can describe it, it's like velcro, you sleep so well and deep that the bed doesn't want to let go. Since then I've been going in to work later than usual because my sleep is so deep, its hard to wake up. People say that they don't like that the pumps are not whisper quiet. Yes it makes noise, but in all reality, you will eventually find a setting that you like and stay there. When I do adjust my side of the bed, its because my back is sore, but for the 1-2 minutes of playing with the settings, a small brrrrr sound is no big issue. The price was better than the " sleep number bed" and so far I don't see why anyone would spend so much on a mattress when the competitors have better deals. Another selling point for me as far as air beds go is that you don't have to "replace" the mattress after so many years, you just buy the parts that deteriorate, not a whole mattress. I would recommend this product to anyone.
