Sent them a picture of what we were trying to match they said we would be happier with the color they had in inventory. We were matching a set we had. The color we got was not close at all. I was foolish for taking their recommendation. It seemed they were more interested in making a sale from their inventory than satisfying a customer. The piece itself was what we expected, delivered on time and in good condition.

This is the 2nd Innomax latex mattress I have had. I had one prior to my divorce a year and a half ago and then had two other supposedly good mattresses in between then and now. They were NOT as comfortable and gave me back trouble. Yes I paid more for my Innomax mattress but it is well worth it. I am thrilled to be sleeping well and free of pain again. I had forgotten how good that prior Innomax one was. The sales person was not just being a sales man, he really cared and guided me to what would be best. He used the laser to verify my spine was straight in the beds I was looking at. No one else at other places had showed me a latex mattress. I LOVE my bed again and recomment Innomax to EVERYONE.

Tommy helped me pick out my mattress. He is extremely knowledgeable on all the products and took time to get to know my sleep patterns, etc.. to help me select a bed that works for me. I bought the Trinity.. it's been 3 weeks since my purchase, and I am very happy! It took about a week to "wear in" the bed, and now I have been sleeping great! I find that I don't toss and turn as much as I used to with my former spring mattress. I would absolutely recommend Innomax to my family and friends! Great experience and great mattress!! Thanks, Sam
