Innago Property Management SoftwareReviews of innago.com

As a commercial property manager with over 20 years of experience, I’ve worked with a lot of different platforms, and Innago is easily one of the best I’ve used. It’s intuitive, reliable, and surprisingly powerful for a free system. Online rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance requests, lease tracking, and financial management are all easy to do on innago. It has made my day to day operations much smoother and helped improve cash flow without adding extra work. What really stands out is that innago is regularly updated with new and improved features, which is rare for free software. I would absolutely recommend it to both commercial and residential property managers looking for a smart, cost effective solution.

I've never had a better experience with property management software! Innago has made managing my rentals a breeze. It's easy and convenient to use, making it a perfect fit for busy landlords like me. One of the features I love the most is the ability to set up different payment accounts for different properties. This has streamlined my rent collection process and saved me so much time and effort. But what really sets Innago apart is the customer service. The team is incredibly supportive and responsive - they've answered all my questions and gone above and beyond to ensure I'm set up for success. As a landlord, I also need to keep accurate records for my investors, and Innago delivers. The software provides excellent reports that make it easy to track income and expenses, making it perfect for bookkeeping and tax filing. This has greatly reduced the stress of financial reporting and has saved me a lot of time. I've tried other property management software in the past, but Innago is by far the best. It's saved me so much time and stress, and I can finally focus on growing my business.

Great customer support with low costs! The online tenant payment system is easy amd fast.

I’ve had a solid experience using Innago for managing rentals. The rent collection, lease e-signing, and tenant application tools are simple and efficient, which saves a lot of time. It’s been especially helpful for staying organized without needing multiple platforms. The only downside is that the accounting and expense tracking features feel limited compared to other tools, so I still rely on external software for finances. Overall, it’s a great option for landlords who want an easy-to-use property management system.

Everything is easy to use and in one place; the software covers applications, screening, leases, rent collection, and tenant communication.

Innago has made day-to-day property management much more efficient for me. Tasks that used to take hours—like tracking rent payments, organizing tenant details, and handling lease documents—are now centralized and easy to manage. The online rent collection is especially helpful, as it reduces the need for manual follow-ups and ensures more consistent payments. I also like how straightforward tenant screening is, which helps me make quicker, more informed decisions. While the interface could be smoother in some areas, the overall functionality and time savings have had a big positive impact on my workflow.

Great and easy to use property management software. Team is very helpful and gets any issues taken care of very quickly.

Innago has been a fantastic software for a rookie like me, someone just starting out in real estate, it really streamlines all necessities in one place - screening tenants, sending applications, starting leases, collecting payments, managing leases, literally everything! it is so easy to use, so even if you don't understand everything the platform is so intuitive and if I've figured it out, so will you! And if you can't figure something out, they have great support they will help you and send you easy instructions on how to complete your tasks. I've been loving it, and can't imagine using any other software for collecting rents or managing my rentals!
