Innago is a great tool to use as a landlord. There referral code payback program is a great incentive. Though, in general, it is a great one stop shop for everything about being a landlord. It'll help you write a lease if you don't have your own template. If you do have your own lease, they allow you to upload that. It provides an application that can be customized, it lists your property on multiple platforms, there are so many great features. Cons - the background check for the application does not include what's in public record. We saw many applicants that came back with a clean record on Innago, though had a criminal record we found on MD judiciary case search, along with failure to pay rent. This is a flaw that is obviously concerning as a landlord. Also, the payment processing is slow each time which isn't ideal for receiving rent payments. Though, the fact that they still allow us to document rent payments conducted outside of Innago is awesome! The messaging within the app is slow to load and has been a bit buggy. A message will be sent but the other person won't see it until you leave the screen and open it again. Even though we have faced a few issues and bugs, one important thing is how helpful Innago customer service has been. They've been patient, answered all our questions, and confirmed if our problems were resolved. We definitely recommend Innago

What works, works well and easily except for referring out maintenance requests to Innago's partners, which has never worked. Until today, what worked included payment processing. As of today, my tenant's rent payments are being delayed. A one-day hold turned into 5. The explanation was more processing work than they're able to keep up with. Also reflected in a new listing I'm trying to post. it reflects as "Active" within Innago however, my listing appears on none of the syndicated sites. I couldn't get a human in support today except by leaving a voice mail or sending an email - unusual for business hours. I'm very concerned at what I'm experiencing. My rents are my income. No listing, no tenant, no rent. No rent, no income. Update: I did receive a payment one day late. Not too bad but, where it concerns my money, my income, if it doesn't "work" as represented (or, better), I will ultimately lose trust. That your application is almost-free, shouldn't serve as a buffer for "processing delays." Rather, I would prefer to see you exceed processing expectations to at least the same extent as your application features and interface exceeds most expectations.

Automatic reminders and rent collection is a great feature. Saves me a lot of time to not have to remind tenants and process checks.

I find that Innago really helps with invoicing and collecting rent from my tenants effectively. I also appreciate that it's free, which is a huge plus for me. Additionally, the initial setup of Innago was pretty easy.

We've been using Innago since July 2025 and have had a pretty smooth experience so far. Anytime we've had questions, contacting customer service was easy. Setting up our property and payments has been really easy. We recommend to other landlords.

This software is great but somewhat limited. The team has assured me they are working to answer all of the concerns that I have.

The Good: Does everything we need. Track ticket, accept rent, interact with tenants and accepting new renter application. Support are responsive and are helpful. The Bad or maybe the inconvenience: It seems Innago is still trying to perfect the portal. Links and access to info are being updated or moved around. Office workers constantly requires help in tracking down data because the link has been move or site reconfigured. For sure the data is still there.
