I absolutely love Innago for its minimal cost and how it allows me to manage many rental properties, both commercial and residential, with minimal effort. It takes care of most of the work, and I only need to monitor it. Innago handles tenant interactions and manages rent collection, which frees up my time significantly. I give it a five-star rating and would recommend it to small landlords, especially because its pricing model is literally minimal. The setup was very minimal, and I'm so happy that I did it.

I researched many different property management apps and found it was really difficult to find one with the features I needed that didn't cost more than our non-profit could afford. I was really surprised to find Innago which has all the features I need to manage several rentals but I can use for free. It does everything I want with an intuitive and simple user interface. I am able to invoice and receive payments electronically and also draft leases and get them signed all from within Innago.

I’ve been using Innago for about a year and a half now to manage my rentals and it’s basically become the main tool I use as a landlord. What stood out right away was how simple it was to get started and learn the basics. Day to day stuff like listing units, screening tenants, sending leases, and collecting rent all happens in one place with a dashboard that’s easy to understand and doesn’t feel cluttered. Ther support is really fast in responding and helping and the best thing is that the tool is free.

Keeps all our tenant information regarding leases and payments organized. It also gives our tenants a clear view of what they owe and how much they've paid to date. I also love that Innago sends out "payment due" notifications, giving me one less task to do.

they screwed up setting up my bank details correctly and do not pick up the call. My renters have paid the rent but i am not able to access the funds for paying mortgage. USELESS company

Innago is really on Point with there software and security especially, im coming from tenant cloud, for free you can beet what they offer. check it out.

We've been using Innago since July 2025 and have had a pretty smooth experience so far. Anytime we've had questions, contacting customer service was easy. Setting up our property and payments has been really easy. We recommend to other landlords.

I am beyond impressed and extremely happy with the experience so far on Innago. The most useful feature for me has been the fillable lease agreement and e-signatures. Apart from that, the website is very well organized, it is easy to add new tenants, edit/create invoices, keep track of the finances, use filters in the income/expense sections to focus on any particular tenant/timeframe/type/etc. I have explored various features over the past few months, and really the only thing I was surprised by, and maybe that is just good to be aware of, is the inability to sign a lease from your phone, it can only be done on the website. The positives and benefits of Innago far outweigh this one downside. I cannot imagine moving to a different platform. To top it off, not a single complaint from any of the tenants so far. I expect the software will help me find information much more easily when it comes to filing our tax returns.
