I ordered some printed icing sheets
I ordered some printed icing sheets. These were great quality products, once they got the order right. At first they failed to send one of the prints I ordered, but once I brought it to their attention, they sent the correct one out immediately and free of charge. I will use their service again.

They took my money and sent me 3/5th of my order the 2/5th were bad.
I did get my order of edible inks but 2 two out of 5 cartridges were almost out of ink or empty, why would a company send out bad product and keep the money and just say I`m sorry I lost money and may have lost my customers. The only thing I got was I`m sorry for you lost. I`ll never place another order with Inkedibles, and I`ll make sure that all of my bakeries and bakers know how bad and thoughtless this company is even when they can see it`s their fault......

Hello Ezekiel, Sorry to read that you received 2 cartridges low on ink. I have looked up your order, I see that you ordered a total of 10 cartridges (5 with edible ink and 5 with cleaning solution). Please note that the cartridges are filled to full capacity, there are 2 chambers in the cartridge, 1 which is completely transparent (which holds around 40% of the total ink) and one which has a foam in the chamber (this holds around 60% of the total ink). In transit, with pressure changes, the ink can get over-absorbed into the chamber with teh foam, causing the chamber without the foam to drop in level by a couple of millimeters or up to 5mm. This does not mean that there is less ink in the cartridge, it means that it is pressured into the foam chamber. It will autoadjust during printing. I understand this is not an explanation that is easy to accept, but the cartridges have the maximum amount of ink in them. If they were filled any more, they would leak. Also, this pressure effect is quite rare, it occurs in less than 5% of cases. We will be happy to send you replacement ink to refill the cartridges, and will reach out to you shortly to resolve for you.

I paid for priority shipping and …
I paid for priority shipping and received a standard shipping. As it is an urgent order, this is more than difficult to handel. Hope to find a satisfactory solution, though.

Hello Camelia, Your order was placed on July 26 for delivery to Romania, and we shipped it the same day, please see tracking: http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/?trackingnumber=GM295112588300081096 It was shipped via priority shipping, which takes 4-10 business days on average since it is an international destination, and final delivery is also subject to customs in your country which is not in our control or the shipping carriers control. This is all made clear at checkout. Today is the 6th business day, so it is well within the average transit time. Please expect delivery soon.

We have ordered from them a few times
We have ordered from them a few times. First time the sheets we ordered came in poor condition. Not only was it blamed on how we were storing them, but no solution or discount was offered. We decided to give them another shot, only this time we noticed that one sheet in every pack we ordered was smaller than the rest, resulting in at least 10 sheets being unusable with our printer we have. I'd email to let them know but based on the first experience I doubt any solution will come of it.
