InkediblesReviews of inkedibles.com

Great Service and quality.

i have been very satisfied

Excellent service and good prices. I received my order so quickly. This is my second order with Inkedibles and both times they have been outstanding.

Thanks, only take care when shipped ink

Inkedibles.com advertises "polka dot" chocolate transfers that are not at all ROUND (which is the definition of a "polka dot")! Instead, I received a regular pattern of egg shapes and it is not very appealing at all. They issued me an RMA but expected me to pay the return shipping costs. I sent two email messages about the return shipping costs and both were ignored. To resolve this and move forward, I decided to just pay the return shipping fees. I will no longer do business with this company and cannot recommend them. Update: I added two stars because (after my initial bad review and third email) they DID send me a return shipping label. I am glad that they have accepted responsibility for the error and appreciate their efforts.

Item was back ordered for 2 weeks. After a month I emailed and they sent it then.

I like the different selections you have to choose from. My order took longer then I had expected so I had to buy fro another company to fill and order I had for the ink to print with.

I would not recommend InkEdibles after my experience. I purchased some chocolate molds described on the website to be polycarbonate and received cheap ordinary plastic molds. The company said they are the only molds in those designs they stock and they were sorry I was not happy with them but offered no remedy for their error, such as a free return since I would not have purchased them if InkEdibles correctly advertised the molds. To date, they still incorrectly advertise them as polycarbonate molds.
