I placed my order back on November 9th to beat the Christmas Rush. After waiting their 20 business days, I followed up with them. I was given the excuse of unexpected delays and an unprecedented number of orders. CS told me they would expedite the order and follow up with me. 5 days later, there was no response from the company. I've tried the last few days to follow up with their live support and via email. I've received no response. I waited 6 hours yesterday in their live chat, and no one was responding. I used to recommend this company to others looking for playmats. Seeing others report frustrations with the company and the customer service, I can no longer recommend this company.

I ordered from InkedGaming and it’s been 35 days already without any response from the company on my order status. I would’ve been fine if they would just communicate to us in email that they’re having delays. There’s no way to reach them. Their live chat has never been available to me and will say the wait time is “longer than 15 minutes” but then no one enters the chat. There’s also an email back option but they have not emailed me back despite multiple attempts to get any status at all. Do not trust their spiel on their website about fast shipping.

I placed my custom mat order back in early November to avoid getting caught up in the Black Friday/Holiday rush, but here I am two days from Christmas and no mat. Nowhere on their site did it say there would be this kind of lead time. I managed to get replies about the status of my order, but all I got was “it’s still in the production queue”. Now since I won’t be getting this by Christmas I’ve requested that my order be canceled and for a refund, but I haven’t received any response from them. It’s a shame since I had no trouble earlier this year with my first order and the mats were very nice. If you want a custom mat for Christmas, be sure to order during the summer. Update: Also as others have noted, Inked Gaming has been removing/hiding comments on their instagram account regarding the recent delays of orders. I can’t support a company that tries to hide or suppress customer concerns or complaints. If there’s an issue, communicate that to your customers. Don’t play the “If I ignore the problem it’ll just go away” game. Luckily I received a response a week after requesting my order be cancelled and received a refund.

I love their playmates. But. I ordered a playmat about at the end of November. It is still pending. Now it is possible that they are scammed but I am very upset about being ignored. I have reached out to them on the chat on their website, The support email that's listed on their website even Facebook. Just asking if I'm going to get my playmat before Christmas. I have not received a single reply. Their chat just says it's going to take more than 30 minutes because they're busy. After waiting along times you the option to receive an email, I chose the email the first two times and never heard from them. The last time I just stayed in the chat and left my computer on and never got a response and checked in occasionally throughout the day. Finally, I sent an email directly to them and have not received a reply. I sent a message to them via Facebook and have been ignored there as well. If they need more time then I would probably still think of them as five stars since it is that time of year. But the fact that I have been completely ignored and the status on my order just says unfulfilled. My hopes is that this review will somehow make it to somebody who will take it time out of their day to actually follow up. Update. On October 21st I received a reply from the emails in chat conversations I attempted to create. They replied with really vague information, just explaining that they're behind an apolog. Telling me that it's going to take 15 to 20 business days before I receive my playment. Map, I ordered this play mat in November. It is now January. On December 31st the CEO of the company sent out a mass email. It looks like to everyone who has an outstanding order. This has been very frustrating. Not only was I completely ignored at first, but when I finally received a reply I never actually got a an answer and instead received cookie cutter responses and a general email from the CEO. I have changed my rating from two to one star because when I was finally responded to I left not knowing any new information and instead was sent cookie cutter responses and general information. I would actually cancel the order and ask for a refund but this was a gift specially picked for my niece who wanted the artwork. I will be shopping at different locations in the future and not referring people to this. I would have had satisfied even if I had been told five more weeks 10 more weeks, 6 months anything that would give me a accurate idea. But nobody I've talked to has actually taken the time to look up my specific order to find out where it is in line. Just that it takes time normally 15 to 20 business days. It has been much more than that. Update. It is now the end of January. I just received an email today saying that my order has been canceled. Sorry to see me go. Hope they can help me in the future. It was all worded as though I requested them to cancel. Yet nobody's responding when I try to figure out why this was canceled. In the amount of time I waited I could have ordered through another company and I decided to wait and see how long it would take to get it. Looks like I'm now not getting it. Another update for today I reached out to them to find out why my order was canceled after waiting so long. They sent me a screenshot showing a request for my order to be canceled. I brought to their attention that the order on the screenshot that was requested to be canceled had a completely different order number than the one that they just canceled. I got an apology for the confusion but not an apology for the mistake. Informing me that they are the only one there working the chat right now and they're doing the best they can. They told me they cannot "un-cancle" my order. But they offered to re-enter my order and put me back in the same place in line. Then offered to send a $40 voucher after pay I repay for my invoice for the order. I asked them if they can apply that credit towards the order that they're re-entering. Mostly because after this experience I doubt I will be interested in ordering anything from them In the future. I have yet to receive any reply from them about the voucher or credit. I have also not received an email to confirm my order being replaced.

Delays and zero communication. You can also tell they are writing their own reviews here to stay afloat. I am incredibly disappointed.

They take your order, allow you to pay for 2-4 day priority shipping and then don’t fulfill the order for weeks. Impossible to get a hold of. No communication whatsoever. I always try to support smaller companies and this is a reminder of why I’m skeptical of doing so. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Can't get in contact whatsoever. They had shipping and printing delays which would normally be fine, except those were not posted anywhere on their site. You don't see those until AFTER they have already taken your money. I have been trying for five days to contact them about changing the shipping address for the order which is now weeks later than I expected and can't get ahold of any customer service to make sure I will actually receive the product I paid for. I tried to contact them through email, their website directly, and live chat. None of that exists to them apparently.

Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase from inked gaming though it did take longer than I expected to arrive (2 months to arrive in the UK with an email to customer service asking for an update). I do however appreciate that it was a custom mat that took time to make and once it arrived it is absolutely perfect
