Had a bad customer service experience; I recognized an issue with my order pretty much as soon as I sent it in and they hit me with zero contact until they shipped it out. Their stuff is good quality, but probably won’t use them again, tried to treat myself and now have a piece of garbage laying around

I ordered a playmat in July and it still hasn’t come in. It’s Thanksgiving. I have asked for a refund and have not been responded to at ALL. It’s disrespectful to take my money and not tell me anything about my order. I never leave bad reviews, but I can’t keep going on without this being said.

I ordered a custom mousepad in March, and it finally arrived six months later. The quality of the mousepad itself is excellent — well-made and exactly as designed — but the wait time and lack of updates were very frustrating. Throughout the entire process, I received almost no clear information about my order’s status. I was told several times that it would ship “within a few weeks,” but it ended up taking months. A note for EU customers: be aware that you have to pay additional import and customs fees upon delivery. For me it was an extra 40 euro's

I ordered three mats from them. Quality was good. But the mats I received were not what I ordered. I ordered two mats with design A and one mat with design B. Instead I received one mat of A and two of B. The biggest problem is that their customer support is non-existent. There is no phone number listed on the website, only email forms, which are never replied to. Because of this, I won't be ordering mats from them again, and I wouldn't recommend them, plenty of other options out there.

Their website is pretty user friendly. Ordering was an easy and streamlined process. I did receive an email after my order explaining that increased orders had slowed process and ship times, which is understandable and points for addressing it at purchase. I ordered my mat on June 7th, it's currently July 1st. I have received zero communication beyond the initial confirmation and no response to the multiple emails I have sent requesting info about my order. As of now I am unsure whether or not I will receive my product. I will give them another week to at least respond before I back charge the order.

If you see a lot of reviews together it's because Ink Gaming sent out a news letter begging for positive reviews, so don't be fooled. Customer service is horrible and they consistently lie about shipping and where your order is. They sated two weeks shipping and after about a month I had to beg to get a refund. Just go to Amazon and get a custom mat printed there. It's cheaper and faster.

Stating a 2-week shipping window and then dragging things out for a month with unclear updates is unacceptable, and we take full responsibility for that. The mouse pad is not bad. I like the print, and the quality is not the top of the line or great but it is good. Im upset over the time I waited. I took over a month for my order. The timing is a little deceitful. If you pay for express shipping its for the actual shipping. Expect to wait 30 days for the order to even be shipped, which in that case don't buy the express shipping. First time looking for mouse pads like the one I got so Im sure ill try elsewhere. :/
