I ordered on Nov 27th and got the email about delayed shipping about 15-20 days. It’s Dec 30 when I write this review, reached out via email, no response. This was a Christmas present. Go to social media and dozens of people are having the same issues of no product and no response from Support. Also they’ve been deleting negative comments on social media. Terrible experience so far.

It's been over 30 days and haven't received the item yet. Ordered it a month before Christmas and still wasn't early enough apparently. Wasn't told it could take 15-20 days just to ship until I contacted their support. Won't be ordering from them again.

2 Stars because I had previously ordered and the item did *eventually* arrive and quality was decent (8/10). But as others have noted, their fulfillment is terrible. Last time it took about 3 weeks (longer than the advertised maximum of 15 days). This time I ordered early Dec, and its now end of Dec and there has been zero communication from Inked Gaming. I wouldnt be as upset if there was *any* communication about a delay or my order. It feels kind of like they keep zero stock on hand, and then print each one-by-one. Which, if that's your business, fine. But then dont spend a fortune advertising just to get sales that your business cant actually support, its idiotic.

Trying to look at playmats and the website is constantly having trouble loading and going non-responsive.

Same problem as many other recent reviewers. I placed my order on November 16 for stock items, not a custom request. I’ve received minimal communication beyond automated emails since, yet here it is—December 27—and the order is still being processed. I reached out to customer service on Dec. 20 and received a reply a few days later stating that my order would be “prioritized” (whatever that means). Of course, I’ve received MANY emails soliciting more business from the company in the interim. It’s hard to generate repeat customers when it has been a full SIX weeks since my order was placed and my payment taken, yet I have no product in hand to judge the quality for the price. Be prepared for a long wait if you choose to order from this company. I’m thinking I might just cancel the order and dispute the transaction with my credit card company at this point, if necessary.

Ordered a Christmas gift from this company November 24th. Order is still waiting to be fulfilled. Upon check out my order stated shipping within 5-8 business days. When I checked on the status I was told they were delayed 15-20 business days. It has been more Han that now and my order is still unfinished and no one has responded to my inquiry. I am now assuming this company is a fraud.

Ordered during Black Friday and then was told via email it could take up tp 15 days to be ready. Very strange that they knew this and didn't put a warning before payment. It didn't bother me much at the time as I assumed it'd be here before Christmas still. To no surprise its come and gone and there is still no update from them. Very unprofessional behavior and I will not be ordering from them again.

I placed my order on December 3rd. Only after having placed my order, I received an email stating orders are 15 business days behind. There went one of my sons Christmas gifts. A prior to payment warning would have been appreciated. It is now Christmas day. My order still sits unfulfilled with no status update. Very quick to take payment but nothing even as simple as a status update. I did not request to customize the mat myself, my order was one that was already ready for purchase, so I am not sure why it is taking this long to get out. I am giving a 2 star and not a 1 star only because I did eventually receive responses when I had reached out. I feel due to ruining many holidays without prior warning, a percentage refund adjustment or a shipping upgrade should be offered to every customer that was deceived by this company. I could have and would have ordered from elsewhere if I had known in advance before placing my order, that it would not arrive. But Inked Gaming took that option away from me. Finally, I notice that on review websites, the only reviews that are answered are the positive ones. This is a bit of a red flag to me. -As 15 business days had already passed, I will give my order until New Years to see a change in the status.
