I ordered 2 playmats on 25.09.2024. There has been no update on the status of the order, even after numerous emails sent and messages via the Website support. The status is still "Unfullfilled". When using the live chat it tells you to wait but no one ever replies even after waiting for 1 and a half hours. The only reply I ever got from them was via email before buying when asking about how a coupon worked, I guess once they have your money they ignore you. I will probably have to cancel the order but my guess is they will ignore that aswell, so will have to see how and if I'll get my money back.

I've been waiting over two weeks just for my order to fulfill, no contact from Inked gaming at all other than taking my money. I reached out to the chat for support. After waiting an hour and a half, the support closed and no response was ever given. I have emailed with no response and likely have to contact a government agency for help and report to BBB.

I’ve ordered two custom mats with carrying cases. The first one felt exceptionally well done. The quality was great although it came out darker than the image I provided. It had a nice thickness that felt durable. The second mat I ordered was somewhat more expensive although I chose the same options as the first mat. It wasn’t as heavy or thick feeling, almost seemed cheaper somehow. It doesn’t retain the same curled shape when stored for long periods of time, it’s very floppy and loose. I don’t know if that’s good or bad but we will see in time. The print itself is quite nice just like the first one however.

Great UI for making custom playmats. Super user friendly. Materials feel sturdy yet flexible. The framing of the image is accurately represented in the preview. The quality of the stitched edging just puts the icing on the cake. Definitely my next stop for my future playmates…maybe I’ll push some buttons and do a Worldfire themed one.

Had a custom mousepad printed. It's pretty thick and squishy. Good clarity and coloring. I thought it would be slightly brighter, but I need to remember print (CMYK) can't be as bright as an image on a backlit screen. Overall, I love how it turned out!

I bought 2 mats one XXL and another for MTG and they both came in great quality and easy to read.
