I had gotten 2 powerbanks a few years ago and loved them because they were lightweight and easy to carry when I hiked or traveled. But then I got a notice that there were some issues with exploding so they sent me giftcards to cover the cost of purchase towards new ones. I felt customer service was excellent and I felt cared for that they notified me and followed up. I never had issues with my power banks but they were the ones on the recall list so better safe than sorry.

I have bought several INIU powerbanks, the work great so far, compact design, lanyard and charging cable included, great design. One powerbank was a slimmer model that I use with an adapter plug with a heated vest, far more comfortable than the round battery that came with the vest. Emailed customer service before purchasing to make sure the model I was looking at would output the voltage (QC 3.0 Power Bank or PD function Power Bank) needed for the vest, and the response was quick and answered all my questions, great customer service! I will definitely be purchasing again.

I have bought two MagSafe chargers and one 3-in-1 Apple charging dock from INIU now and they have all worked great. The charging dock did behave a little weird at one point where my wife's Apple Watch was not being charged right, so I contacted customer service, and they walked me through some troubleshooting steps, which ultimately didn't work. But they sent me a replacement soon after. And this was all over a very fast email conversation. Products are well made, and customer service is top notch. Would buy again when I'm looking for something else.

I have bought several Iniu portable fast chargers and they've been great. Compact and fast charging. They don't last forever and there's been a few quirks but ours get heavy use. Using a different cable fixed our issues when the original seemed to wear out. Very happy with product and overall pretty reliable!

Great Value, great sizing, and great customer service. I've had 4+ iniu power banks. 3x 10k,1x25k. They're always tiny for the capacity and charge extremely quick. I used to use anker but they've gotten so expensive lately and iniu provides much better value Update: INIU reached and replaced the only issue I've ever had. Terrific customer service. I first bought it for myself for a trip to Italy. It proved itself to be very useful, and practical, to charge multiple phones at the same time (provided braided cable is a good thing also) Devices are charged pretty quickly! Useful to see the charge left on screen, and the small LED light is a nice addition. I definitely recommend this product and I already bought a 2nd one for my wife. She now uses it all the time at home, instead of using her usual phone cable in an outlet, since her phone charges more quickly with the Iniu charger. The charger itself takes longer to charge, but it’s only a minor setback.

Our family has two Iniu 45-watt high-speed power banks, and they are amazing. My daughter uses hers to charger her iPhone, and I use mine to charge my Google Pixel phone.
