I use my INIU 10000 mAh slim power bank on a daily basis. It keeps my Phone, Apple Watch, Beats Headphones and even my trimmers topped up with Battery without me having to leave them plugged in any single location. It’s a genuine life saver and was the best value on the market at the time of purchase. Customer Service is also very professional and dealt with a small issue I had quickly and efficiently. 100% Recommended.

I had an issue with my INIU 25,000mAh Power Bank and reached out to their customer service team. Out of all the electronics companies I’ve dealt with recently—even high-end brands like Ninja—INIU was by far the best. Their team wasn't just efficient and effective; they were genuinely human and made the whole experience feel personal. Customer service aside, the power bank itself is top-tier. I use it frequently while traveling to keep multiple phones and handheld devices (like my Steam Deck) charged. It’s an absolute lifesaver when you don't have easy access to wall outlets. I highly recommend both INIU’s products and their service!

Great company, great experience

Bought a MagSafe wireless charger from INIU a while ago and it worked great. It ended up stopping working recently, so I got in touch with their support. They took me through a few troubleshooting steps first to see if we could fix it, and when that didn’t work they sorted out a replacement. The whole process was really easy and straightforward, and they were quick to respond throughout. Really happy with the customer service. It’s nice when a company actually stands behind its products. Would definitely buy from them again.

I’ve been using INIU products for about 5 years. Every one of my close friends and family members have an INIU powerbank I’ve gifted them. All I’ve ever gotten were solid products that stood up to harsh climates and sometimes extreme job site conditions.

I have had several INIU products with no problems. I use them for every day charging of my phone and electronics. I also ise them in my heated vest. I purchased a mini charger for my son and he loves it!!! Great products, good prices. What more can you ask for!

Having purchased Iniu products for a number of years, I would always consider my next power bank with them too. The power banks are durable and come with fast charging cables included but what's sets them apart is the aftersales support which is second to none!
