Purchased a 20000mah power bank (via Amazon) which had been working perfectly for almost 3 years. Noticed that it had started to bulge slightly and get quite warm during use. Contacted iniu support who were great - understood the issue and promptly arranged for a replacement unit to be shipped (arrived next day). Couldn’t have asked for better service! Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase more products from you. Keep up the good work iniu

I've had many power banks and I have to say INIU are by far the superior for both build quality and power output. I use a range of UNIU batteries ranging from their 10k through to the 20k and the B64 27k which is also passthrough power which is really handy when. Most INIU batteries come with a percentage power level indicator which is more useful than standard LEDs which you find on most power banks, and it's accurate too. All-in-all, I would recommend INIU.

A great brand for quality power banks. I love the slim powerbank of 10 000mah because of it's very light weight and great capacity. I dont need that much power during hiking do 22.5W is more than enough.
