I bought a MagSafe Magnetic power bank from INIU for my iPhone 12 mini, and I loved it. I particularly liked the little stand that meant I could use it as a charging night-stand when on holiday, and it would charge my phone whilst also charging itself. Unfortunately the unit stopped working, and I contacted INIU via email and they got straight back to me. After trying to diagnose the issue, they acknowledged that it wasn’t user error, and offered me a refund straight away, which was processed through Amazon where I had bought the original power bank. I used this credit to buy another INIU device (the original was no longer available) which is even slimmer than the first. I went straight for an INIU item because of the overwhelmingly positive experience I had with their support team, and the enhanced feature set of their devices. Well done, guys.

I bought the INIU 65W 20000mAh in Aug 2024 and have found it does exactly what I got it for, I can use it to power my MacBook Pro 13" (as it can put out 65W) for a good few hours and also use it to top up my iPhone multiple times in the week without having to recharge the powerbank itself. The pull out section to hold a phone doesn't really work but could not find anything bad to say about it, in fact I have recomended it to three other people who have gone on to buy one and all love it. A handy tip though...if you use a standard charger it will take a few hours to charge, use a 65W charger and cable and its charged in under an hour. Don't fall for the cheaper ones with the same stats, I did a lot of looking and testing before settling for the INIU 65W 20000mAh and now have two of them.

Have tried a few of their products from USB cables to powerbanks. Great quality and priced competitively compared to brands such as Anker. Whenever I have had the odd issue with a product, their customer service has been excellent.

Customer support replies very quickly with clear answers, the powerbank I bought was very light and small and have high wattage output (almost as light as Nitecore even). The lanyard cable is a really nice touch and it has 3 years warranty and arrived quickly. My only requests are: 1. Sell replacement lanyard cables 2. Make the 20,000 batteries in more colours 3. Make more of the screen, give it a smily face or something.

Obwohl ich normalerweise keine Bewertungen verfasse, da ich oft den Eindruck habe, dass Unternehmen Kundenfeedback nicht ausreichend berücksichtigen, möchte ich meine Erfahrungen mit INIU teilen. Als langjähriger Kunde von Anker seit 2012, der Produkte verschiedener Sparten wie Eufy und Soundcore nutzt, musste ich feststellen, dass die Qualität der Powerbanks und der Kundenservice nachgelassen haben. Auf der Suche nach einer Alternative bin ich auf INIU gestoßen und habe zwei Powerbanks, ein USB-C-Kabel-Set und ein KFZ-Ladegerät erworben. Nach Ablauf der Garantiezeit traten Probleme mit den Powerbanks auf. Auf meine Anfrage hin wurden mir innerhalb einer Woche zwei Optionen angeboten: Rückerstattung oder Ersatz. Dies empfinde ich als bemerkenswerten Kundenservice. Ich möchte hinzufügen, dass ich aufgrund meiner Reisetätigkeit und der täglichen Nutzung unter hohen Temperaturen und häufigem Aufladen (zweimal täglich) eine besondere Beanspruchung darstelle. Ich werde zukünftig ausschließlich Produkte von INIU beziehen und diese auch meinen Freunden und meiner Familie empfehlen. Hier wird der Kunde wertgeschätzt, und es wird Wert auf kundenorientierte Lösungen und Nachhaltigkeit gelegt.
