I received a recall notice for a power bank I purchased on July 9, 2025. I have contacted INIU and Amazon about a refund but neither has responded. I noticed the power bank was slow in charging but figured it was jut the brand. The order still shows up on Amazon but when I try to send a message to customer service it rejects my attempt stating this function is not available for the product. Do not buy from this company.

J'ai commandé une batterie sur Amazon et je suis extrêmement déçu, tant par le produit que par le vendeur. Dès la réception, la batterie s'est révélée défaillante : la charge s'arrête de manière aléatoire alors que mon équipement (câbles/chargeurs) fonctionne parfaitement ailleurs. Pire, j'entends un bruit suspect à l'arrière du boîtier, ce qui indique un défaut de fabrication ou une pièce mal fixée. La fiabilité est inexistante. Le service client du vendeur tiers est lamentable. Face à ces défauts, ils répondent avec plusieurs jours de retard et proposent des solutions ridicules (comme retirer la coque du téléphone). Ils compliquent tout en exigeant des vidéos comme preuves. Le comble ? Pour le retour, ils ne fournissent pas d'étiquette prépayée. C'est donc à moi de payer les frais de port pour renvoyer leur produit défectueux. Aucune empathie, aucune prise en charge sérieuse. Je déconseille fortement.

Bought a p41 power bank on Amazon which only worked of 2 months. Contacted the warranty department via email. They requested proof of purchase which I provided, then they emailed again asking for proof of purchase and some more questions about the operation of the device. I replied again and never heard back. Emailed two more times with no reply. Also called their customer service phone number several times, but there is never an agent available, even at 9am when they open and they don't respond to calls. Warranty is a joke and product terrible quality.

Fake. Comprei, ou seja, paguei a 4 Dezembro, e prometeram entregar hoje 17 de Dezembro e não aconteceu! Não existe sequer o numero de seguimento informado na distribuidora que indicaram, bem como já marcaram como entregue, e querem uma opinião. É uma fraude. CUIDADO

I would not trust INIU power banks. Update: their response is useless. They sent me even another email reinstalling that tho it doesnt work, its outside of the warranty recall. My local hazmat when I turned them in pointed out the fact they are hard to dispose of and manufacturers need to do better. These batteries malfunctioning is serious. You heat stories all the time of them catching fire on planes. Be very careful with their storage. I purchased the INIU BI-B41 power bank through Amazon. Shortly after purchase, the unit began malfunctioning: it took an unusually long time to charge, and during use it became excessively(!) hot. Because of this overheating, I stopped using it after only a few uses and left a review on Amazon at the time. Recently, Amazon sent me an official product safety notice advising me to stop using this exact model due to potential fire and burn hazards and to contact the manufacturer. When I contacted INIU, I was told that my unit was not eligible for the recall because my purchase date fell just outside the manufacturer’s defined recall window, despite the same model number and the same safety behavior described in the recall. Amazon itself issued the stop-use notice, yet the manufacturer declined responsibility based solely on cutoff dates, not on actual performance or safety behavior. As a result, I am left with malfunctioning power banks that are advised not to be used and no meaningful support from the manufacturer. And I now have to find some safe way to dispose of. Based on my experience, I cannot trust or recommend INIU power banks and would encourage others to choose brands with clearer accountability around product safety.

Bought Iniu portable charger. Got notice from Amazon that there is an issue and I should contact Iniu. Iniu customer service doesn’t work. Won’t buy their products again.

I purchased a two pack of Iniu power banks off of Amazon on Nov 24, 2022. The summer of 2025 the adult daughter noticed one of them was actually starting to melt at the input charging port. We immediately discontinued use of both and planned on contacting the company when we returned home from vacation. Unfortunately time got away from me and I didn’t get around to contacting Amazon until the end of November, thinking since it’s a defective product that could have caught fire, timing wouldn’t be any issue. Since it was over a year, Amazon couldn’t help me, but did turn over the photos and information to their investigative department, due to it being a fire risk. Amazon referred me to contact the company directly. I did contact the company directly, shared all pictures, and they requested that I send it back to them to the R&D department so they could investigate what went wrong and then asked for my order info. Since it was 8 DAYS(December 1, 2025) over their 3 year warranty, they are no longer interested in any of it. I am BEYOND shocked. To me it shouldn’t matter that it is 8 DAYS over the warranty period….i would think they would want to know why their product is defective to help prevent fires in their power banks. I have purchased many different items of theirs over the years, but will not make that mistake again. Hoping no one else experiences fires as a result of their defective products. BUYER BEWARE🔥🔥🔥

Dishonest and Extremely Deceitful Company that promises discounts on products pages as well as the 15 % discount by signing up for the email newsletter just to see nothing in a shopping cart ! I emailed their “ cs support “ and all I got was a bunch of B.S. that did not address any of the legitimate concerns related to my shopping experience!
