Purchased three Power Banks over the last 5 years, one failed once but I received a new one within a week. Excellent customer support, quick responses. Nothing to complain about.

Love our new iniu chargers! I ordered two of them, one for me and one for my son. They’re very portable (purse, fanny pack, backpack), the absolute perfect size for being out and about. They’re truly fast chargers for our phones and re-charge themselves very quickly. The pastel colors are so cute and I’ve already recommended them to a few friends. Trust me, you need this charger!

I have an INIU Power Bank (BI-B41) and it is the best power bank i have ever used. first off, it lasts all day and manages to change all 3 of my stuff at once. Once my phone was at 50% and i thought it was going to take 1h and 30min to charge, but it charged in 30 min. They have power like big name brands for only a fraction of the cost. Overall I would recommend buying one.

Amazing company and products. I have purchased 3 power banks for my wife and kids and 2 USB-c high speed cables both from Amazon and INIU directly off their website as well within the last year. Products work amazingly. I had an issue with a powerbank and INIU shiped me a new unit in box the next day overnight. Amazingly impressed by the after sales support and also engineering of their products. My charger pack charges my Samsung Galaxy s24 Ultra at Ultra Fast charging 2.0 speed as per message on my Samsung phone. No other charger i bought previously worked that well as Iniu charger.

Initially, I was unhappy with my battery, but then I realized it was me and not the battery having issues. Despite that, I was surprised and pleased that Iniu support actually responded to my initial complaint and really seemed to want to help.

Great and innovative products that deliver high quality performance and value, and even better customer service. Would highly recommend them to family, friends, and anyone reading this review.
