I’ve been using INIU products for a while now, and what keeps me coming back is not just the quality of the devices themselves, but the brand’s overall reliability and customer-centered approach. Their power banks, especially the P41 series, offer fast, consistent charging and a sleek, compact design that fits seamlessly into daily life. The digital battery display is a small but incredibly useful feature that I didn’t realize I needed until I had it. Beyond the products, INIU’s customer support deserves special mention. In the few times I’ve had to reach out—whether for product questions or warranty claims—their team has always been responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find that level of service these days, especially from budget-friendly tech brands. I also appreciate INIU’s confidence in their products, shown through generous warranties and satisfaction guarantees. It tells me they truly stand behind what they make. Overall, INIU has earned my trust—not just as a product manufacturer, but as a brand that values its customers long after the sale. Highly recommended.

This power bank is fantastic! It’s small, light, and easy to toss in my bag—perfect for travel, camping, or just everyday use. I was honestly surprised by how fast it charges my phone, and I love that it has dual USB-C ports so I don’t need to mess with extra cables. The wireless charging is amazing too—super fast and convenient. On a full charge, I usually get about 2–3 charges for my phone, which is more than enough to get me through long flights or road trips. The build feels really solid and reliable, and the slim design makes it way more convenient than the bulky ones I’ve had before. What really surprised me is that even while I’m charging my phone, the power bank itself recharges quickly—no waiting around forever like with others I’ve tried. Plus, The little paw indicator 🐾 is the best—it shows how much charge is left. The super cute paw indicator adds such a fun touch. I REALLY love it! Way more fun than boring dots! And one of my primary reasons to buy this powerbank Overall, I’m super happy with this! Sleek, powerful, and dependable—definitely one of my favorite tech purchases. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with a battery I purchased only few weeks ago, reached out to Iniu customer support, and they were very prompt and understanding of the situation. It was overall a very easy and pleasant experience. Would buy from again.

Great products and fast customer service response. Highly recommended
